The community is extremely clean, an most of the staff members are extremely nice but there are a few who work there that can be very condescending. The breakfast are pretty minimal, its like granola bars, muffins and not so tasteful coffee, however when they have specialty meals like taco night those have been great. They also had a really good Mother's Day celebration. They have an awesome activities director there as well.

I toured Avidor Evanston and it was fine. It was just not as new as I would have liked and did not have an open concept which is what I was looking for.

[name removed] provided a tour of property & was very professional. Enjoyed the layout & amenities of community center & grounds. Apartments felt slightly cramped & though partially updated, still felt outdated. Many add on expenses that drove lease price was less than desirable.

It is a nice place, but I think it is a little misleading. They say it is an active 55 and older community, and after spring came around, a lot of the community is not as active. There were several cliques in the community. The bills were never correct for my loved one. This led to my loved one moving out of the community.

looks very good and they only require 1 times rent for income so im really hoping to get it. I filled out the app completly but at the end they want 10 app fee and 1000 deposit up front, not sure i want to do that so will talk to them more first.

there are 2 buildings one of them is closer to the road and it can get noisy. the units are roomy but communication is good and has been improving

Everything has been good so far, the staff members are very friendly at the community and they are taking good care of our love done. She is very happy there.

The community is quite large so they do try and keep the community very clean, and most of the staff members have been friendly. They do not serve food, you just come down and grab it but the meals are small, so we think they just do not have the help they need which could be caused by the pandemic, however my apartment is very nice.

It is a brand new facility, it is gorgeous and has all new appliances. It is a little on the higher side but our loved ones apartment is beautiful and modern and fully appointed. He has a very nice floor plan with almost a separate room for an office, and he was even able to put a small grand piano in the room. We have been very happy, it is clean and the staff members are very good. There are no meals here, but the activities surprisingly have been very good given this part year. We are able to do a lot of things now which are great, and our favorite thing is bingo on Monday's. The only small complaint would have to be the location. The area is a little difficult and the gates going into the parking lot are really slow so almost to cars can come in behind you. We have not had a direct safety issue but it is a small complaint among the residents.

Everyone seems friendly and supportive. Due to COVID there is limited interactions. I've not had any problems The grounds are great. I would like to see a more stable maintenance staff, they currently have a high turnover.

I like a lot of the people I've met here. Unfortunately, the corona virus has cut back on the kinds of activities that were promised in the beginning. The staff should have been more transparent. They're doing a lot of things remotely, which makes it difficult for things like yoga, etc. The apartment is great. I like it a lot. It's large, especially the bedroom. There's room for a bed, a chest of drawers, and a hutch. It feels very spacious. There's a bar where you can eat, plenty of room to make food, a large refrigerator, stove, and microwave. I like the deck as well. I would recommend this community.

They're very friendly and make it a point to send out welcome cards to say hello. They have Happy Hour where they come by with beverages and chips and things. Before the pandemic, there were more activities and social opportunities. Before that, everyone got together a lot downstairs. And they still have a lot going on. There's an activity book where you can sign up for different activities. There's an art class, and they just had an art show. There's live music occasionally, especially in the summer. There's a food truck there at least once a week, and they also provide a flyer for a place that delivers/caters food. It's a great value and a great location. It's a relatively new building, and it's quite stylish. The apartments are very well done, and for that price in that area, you absolutely cannot beat it. Everything is nearby, yet it's tucked away on a culdesac, so it's quiet and has great views with lots of greenery around it. They have a great pool, and a library, a beauty salon, a little office, a workout room. There's valet trash service if you choose to use it. The kitchens are really dynamic - it's a full kitchen if you like to cook. They welcome pets. It's a really nice place.

There's really not that many activities to do, and I know Covid is playing a part in that. I understand Covid has made it hard on them. They're having a hard time keeping staff right now, from sales to maintenance. I love the place, it's nice on the inside and everything. The location is great, all my doctors are nearby, there's a grocery store and a Walmart nearby, no complaints there. Most of the people are pretty nice. There's just not much for us to do right now. It was my understanding that we were supposed to get a hot breakfast, but that's not been the case. It's been just a box of cereal, or a little muffin. Activities are lacking, not really anything going on except for happy hour one day a week (we get two beers and a bag of chips) and bingo twice a week. They took away our basketball goal. I do give the activities director credit for at least trying.

They don't have enough garages, plenty of carports but only 11 garages for the whole large community. Everything else is good. I like the convenience, and everything is close by. You have the Highlands right across the street. At my age, everything is really convenient. They gave me a really great deal on my place too, and I got to lock into that price for 2 years. I can't complain at all.

Very impressive facility. Good amenities but seemed limited for number of residents

We chose Overture Chapel Hill because it was a brand new facility and she was familiar with the location that it is in. She moved from out of state so she wanted someplace she was comfortable with. The apartment sizes vary a lot in size. Hers is 604 sq ft, so it is small but adequate for her needs. There are always different things going on activities wise, so they have a lot to offer. Overall, I would recommend to others looking and already have.

It's a great first transition for a loved one leaving their home. The amenities are fantastic. The care from the staff was amazing, and they focused on the health and wellness of the residence. My father passed there they took care of food and were very supportive during the grieving process. The community feels like home.

The building itself and the rooms are nice, modern, and have a good layout for the residents. The food they serve would be about a three out of five and we would recommend this community to a family or friend.

For this area, this was the best value for our money. The staff are really friendly and treat the residents and their families really well. They are personable and have good communication. I would recommend this community to others.
