FaceTime tour of the facility with [name removed] on [date removed]. It was an excellent tour and gave a good sense of the building and the amenities. Currently at ~30% occupancy. An attractive option for independent 55+ apartment living.

My father is a resident there and enjoys it a lot. He is active all the time. Whenever we speak, he tells of a recent class or of the book he is reading for the book club or he is on his way to a social activity. He is definitely not staying in which I love! I'm especially relieved that with the pandemic that they have residents follow strict safety guidelines. I'm happy that he is happy!

Things are not they way they used to be because of COVID, but everyone is doing the best they can. At the moment we still are on somewhat of a lock down. Before COVID they had church services, bingo, porker and even had line dancing. I mostly cook for myself, or order out. If this community does provide food for us, its typically catered in. I like the apartment i am in now, but unfortunately they were not able to do the walk through with me. I do wish there was more consistency when you would move from one apartment to the other.

Will allow my 3 cats, looks like bathtub included, full washer/dryer connections. Already heard from [name removed]. The Stenson models there are some never lived in!

I shop locally nearby at CVS, etc. Traffic is light to moderate (bank of am, chase, etc). Easy access to major banks. Wireless internet hookup adequate w/ heated swimming pool and foyer and exercise.

Friendly community. Lots of resident events.

Lovely neighbors, lovely public spaces. Dishwasher, washer/dryer very poor quality.

Very beautiful building but do not like the busy business location.

The property is modern, new and beautiful but it does not meet the needs of my 85 yr old mother. She felt it resembles a museum and mansion. LOL. The lack of 3 meals a day/7 days a week and no transportation is the main reason why we must rule this property out. This can be great for a very self-independent and active 55+ yr old person.

Really like this community. Seems within budget. Want to know more about their partnership with Lyft, age of complex etc. however, this looks like exactly what I am after at their Plano facility. Frisco is a little too far north for me.

I like the upscale design, walk in closets, bathrooms, storage but price was higher and did not include utilities. The pool is outside

I've enjoyed living here. I love my apartment. I enjoy the amenities such as community room, media room, love the roof! My only disappointment is the luck of parking for guests.

Location is great. Walking distance to everything. Management very friendly and helpful. I have made some great friends here.

Nice but expensive

Overture doesn’t have all the services that some retirement communities have, but it is geared to 55+seniors who don’t need all of those services. The average age is younger than other retirement communities we have visited. We feel like we fit there, as “young” mid to late 70s. People are friendly, and there are plenty of activities. It is very social. The facility is beautifully decorated, and apartments are generous in size. We are happy there.

Absolutely beautiful place for active seniors! Only bad thing is there is extra costs for transportation services and utilities. Plus light housekeeping and meal plan is not included.

I loved my tour guide [name removed]. She was wonderful and thorough. I loved the decor. I loved that they did not have carpet in apartments. I love the finishings on the apartment. I wish they offered more in services like set transportation for grocery shopping a week and maybe a couple other things trips during week to a mall to churches etc. Would also like to have seen housekeeping even once a week or twice a month available. That said I love the cost and location is great. I wish I could put 4.5 stars.
