I visited the sales office for Overture Providence and then the Providence location. Both locations are luxurious, as fits an upscale apartment complex. I talked to several residents at Overture Providence and it was clear they love it.

Want to know if there is a washer and dryer in the unit. I have reached out to the community but have not heard back

We enjoyed learning about this community. It a nice middle ground between retirement communities and independent living. They have monthly themed activities. Complimentary breakfast every morning. Nice outside pool and hot tub. A wonderful landscape as well as a planting plots.

Toured in August. [Name removed] was very nice. The Community has invited me to several activities. They do not offer assisted living. The distance is too long from where I know the neighborhood. They called today and I told them to remove my name from her list.

Beautiful place. Very friendly and well appointed. The only thing that keeps us from rating them a 5+ is that meals (outside of continental breakfast) are not available and closet space is scant. Other than that this is great place.

The property was very nice. Staff and even tenants seemed very friendly. Not as many amenities as [removed], by that I mean additional fees are incurred for certain things that seemed to be included at [name removed]. Also the apartments seemed to have a less space in each of them than the [name removed]. Another thing congested traffic in the area. Could be stressful getting downtown to work.

Extremely nice place but not the best for independent living more geared to active 55+. The handicapped apartments had tubs not walk in showers. The apartments are spacious and there are lots of activities to keep you going and thinking. Saltwater pool with lift makes it easy for you to get in the pool for water aerobics.

This is a brand new facility and my Mother really likes it here. If she needs anything or has complaints, the management deals with it immediately. The staff members are really nice and it’s a very upscale environment. For activities, they offer things like happy hour, parties, and a lot of social gatherings. I would recommend this facility to other people.

My daughter and I toured this community and thought it was very nice. The place was clean and everyone seemed friendly but they did not have as many activities as other places. It was not what we were looking for.

The staff here is excellent. I enjoy talking to them as they help my family memebers stay healthy and stay on top of there duties. All of the workers here are excellent, I really feel like they care.

We moved in a year ago and in August they closed the clubhouse for renovations until December, so that was a bad experience because we were just getting acquainted. Shortly after that they fenced in the whole pool and patio area so you couldn't get through it. New administration came in and fixed it though and they really are just excellent. I am glad me and my husband live here, we are very happy here. It's a lovely place to live. Our concerns have been eliminated.

My only complaint is that the day I moved in the place was not really ready for occupancy. Other than that everything has been really good. Everything here is very nice and neat. The place is very clean and well kept, the people are incredibly nice and friendly, and they have a lot of good activities.

I met with Toni who gave me a tour of a couple of the units. I especially liked the unit upstairs with the vaulted cellings, and also the unit downstairs with the enclosed patio. I informed her that it would be about 6 months before I could even consider anything. I especially liked the location in Summerlin.

We have found Destinations to be a quiet, secure, & fun place to live. It seems there is always something to do, & we are grateful for all the activities available to us. Staff, on a couple occasions, have gone out of their way to meet our needs in a timely manner, & for that, we are, also grateful. We, also, like the location. We seem to be quite close to all those places we frequent. The tenants are all so friendly & nice, too. We still feel our independence, but feel secure in the help available when needed.

The only detractor was an inexperienced sales woman when we first came here and we almost did not rent here because of her inability to answer basic questions for our needs. However, we came back with help from another woman and eventually rented our apartment. Because of my husband's medical costs, we needed lower rent. We were able to downsize to a 1 BR. We enjoy the other residents, access to bus transportation and outstanding entertainment. We have a nice well maintained pool, helpful maintenance & office staff. Our apartment is clean & nicely updated. We toured about 8 facilities & chose Pueblo because of access to good shopping, restaurants, churches, & medical facilities. We were fortunate to be able to take our time by staying with a daughter for a couple months while deciding. After all considerations we are happy we chose Pueblo. The management is not very involved which is why I rated it a four. I’ve heard the food is not that good. I haven’t had any problems with parking or with the laundry service. The management is a little lacking though.

We looked at quite a few destinations locations, and ended up moving into one. This was one of the options that we were considering. It was a nice place, and the staff were friendly. However it is located directly adjacent to the freeway, which is a big negative. It is also a bit remote for us, too far from our normal destinations.

The layout of the community was different than the other Destinations locations that we looked at. It is a series of single-story duplexes and fourplexes, and they looked nice from what we saw. It was a very large community. It was a bit remote for us though, my husband and I like to walk and there isn't much within walking distance.

We're very happy here so far! It's a nice looking place, very clean, and the staff are friendly. It's also a good value for the location and size of the apartments. It's conveniently located, lots of amenities fairly close by. There are a few things we'd like to see them improve on, however. They could use more activities, especially on the weekends. We've also heard from other residents that the bus service has been declining (we drive, but I thought this was important to note).
