We were promised a daily breakfast when we signed the lease, but it soon evolved into a weekly affair. The activities is perhaps the most attractive part of the experience. We had quality entertainment on a monthly basis. Furnishings in the units were pedestrian. Cabinets had sharp edges and low quality flooring. The total experience was well suited for my wife who was in the final stages of ALS. She really connected with the staff and other residents. I moved out and bought a house as I was not really interested in a sequestered life style. Additional note: the exit was not satisfactory. I was charged to have the carpets replaced, which I was vehemently opposed to. I refused to pay.

We picked this community because of the cost, the location, and the fact that she would still have her independence. However, I wouldn't recommend it for parents who need assistance or will in the near future.

The staff and other residents are friendly and sponsor events and activities a few times a month. They even try to make it convenient for the tenants. However, this is a place for elderly folks that can still manage themselves. The cost and location were the things that had us choose The Pointe at Siena Ridge, but there are a few fees that will raise the cost by about $60 to $120 a month. Nevertheless, the cost (reasonable to quite good) and the location (situated in a convenient spot for shopping, entertainment, eateries, and more) are reasons to consider the site. I'm not aware of any health care being administered on the premises. This is a 55+ community for those who still can take care of themselves.

FYI: Overture is a 55+ community - not assisted living. The manager and activities director have been recently replaced. We're waiting to see how the replacements work out. There are numerous activities offered; mostly resident lead. Essentially a person can be as busy as as they'd like. However there are few activities organized by management.

The community is fine and the people are great. There are no meals but the activities are planned by the residents. There is limited care as it is a 55 plus, no care facilities. There are multiple items needing repair. Other than the companionship of the tenants, I would not rent again. The pricing keeps going up on the tenants and many are leaving. There are quite a few tenants needing additional medical care which is not provided. Only about half of the tenants are active. The pest control is lacking, there are lots of crickets and small insects in hallways. There apartments are nice though, good size.

It's been fine so far. Would like transportation provided but that's about it. People and staff are friendly. Activities are all nice- rooms are comfortable and really like all the kitchen cupboards. Safety features are adequate. All in all Album Quail Springs is a nice place to live.

The main reason I chose The Orchard at Arlington Highlands was because the facility is closer to my family. The apartment sizes and the amenities that are offered are nice! This has been an amazing experience for me. I hate to leave but I am looking for something better.

The keep us updated on all of the new things going on! I would highly recommend Parasol Melbourne to others.

I love it here we do a lot of stuff together. But I do want to we do not have meals prepared for us we have a lot of pot luck meals and we all share that. We get together once a month and go out to eat at any place that offers senior discount or we let us have the lunch menu at 5:00 when we get there. That is fun and helps us all out with the price.

Overall quality seems to have gone down since new management company took over The concierge is excellent. They are trying to improve on communication with the residents. Maintenance is behind on their work.

This is a good facility but it is strictly independent living. There are activities such as games and outings if you are able to move freely. It depends on what you need. The Overture is nice but there are times when I would like to have a prepared meal once a day. Also it would be nice to have someone on call at night. Since my husband died a year ago, I find myself needing someone to call on. Other places I have looked at are higher in cost.

We had water damage during the freeze and they are working on the road going into the complex which has been challenging. I know these are not necessarily the community's fault, but does impact us. We also had a management change around December and sadly our new manager isn't as personable as the previous one. Having said all that, I am still so glad I am here! I love my apartment and I have made so many good friends! I would still highly recommend NorthStar because the positives still way outshine the negatives!

I really like the Parasol. Wish I'd known about the community earlier. New maintenance team began this week & the cleanliness & work orders will be completed in less time & dedication to their jobs. My apartment was not clean when I moved in so I hired a professional cleaning company to do a deep clean.

Accessibility is an issue. Those with walkers and scooters cannot easily access The Great Room due to a lack of automatic doors. When you actually encounter one they're very nice. Just not terribly accessible. There's no "care" provided here. It's independent living. Meals - none provided. The community has undergone management change. All activities and building services are inconsistent at the moment. Newly hired people may improve this score. Three point eight. The "Value" would be higher if new staff and management can get their footing and address issues. I would absolutely recommend this property. Pet friendly! Ridiculously great location for food, medical, shopping.

This is a 55 + building, everything was super when we lived here! Other than having to break down cardboard boxes and carry them to the dumpsters (we were 2 handicapped people in electric wheelchairs). I would most definitely recommend this facility to others. It's a quiet, dog friendly place. We were very self sufficient. We loved our 2 bedroom apartment. It's close to everything you need: grocery, drug store, fast food, and the interstate.

New People are not easily accepted into the groups already established. Apartments are good. Maintenance is good. They are very prompt and efficient. The carpet is worn but that's to be expected. Not too bad!

The new management team (2023) is awesome. In the short time they have been here many things that have needed doing have been done. The team is knowledgeable, efficient, and fun to have here. Overture 55 is a caring, friendly community.

So far so good, no complaints! Noteworthy: they have washers/dryers in the individual apartments! I would recommend them to family and friends.

We are just moving in so we haven't really experienced much, however we can definitely speak to the patience of a great staff during the process because they definitely were patient! We visited the property and various apartments probably no less than 6-8 times in a 45-day span. We just couldn't make a decision about moving in. We were invited to attend several events while we were considering this location and they were quick to treat us like residents even before signing the lease! We have been moving in for the past week and several other tenants have stopped by to chat & welcome us to the property. This seems like a great start! Can't wait to see what the next 15-months present!

We love living at Arietta. The staff is kind and helpful. The residents are fun, young at heart, inspiring. There are so many activities that are beneficial to us physically, socially, and mentally. A real find.
