Nice community, but too expensive for us.

Our family had an in person tour and the experience was great. Everyone was very informative and even after we moved our loved one into a different facility they still continued to call and check up on us. The reason we did not choose Overture was because the residents had to cook for themselves, there was no food plan.

We chose Album Keller Ranch because the facility itself and what they offered as well as the staff. The apartment sizes are adequate for what we need. It is a great place to live and we would highly recommend to others.

Great community

I have been treated very well since being here and have been pleased with my experience so far. The facility is clean and contemporary, but you get a very homey feel. They serve a continental breakfast and they do have specialty meals every once in a while which is really fun. We also have snacks for happy hours and it has all been great. They do have tons of activities provided, they have crafts, books clubs, games, a heated salt water swimming pool, fitness room, etc. We have a lot of raised garden beds so residents are able to sign up for those and plant what they want. There is an outdoor fire pit with a water fountain and pond next to it. We are in a great location next to a lot of things yet it is very quiet. If you are still driving, you are right next to anything that you could need. There is a highway patrol man that lives here and he parks his car out from at night, it makes everybody feel safe. We are able to reach out to him at anytime if we need something. They also have 4 shelter rooms which is great in case of bad weather, I could not find that anywhere else. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

We love it here. Everybody is so nice - all the other people that live here, as well as the staff. I feel very safe here, which I think is especially important as a senior. I can't believe all the fun we're having! I think it's a little pricey, but I highly recommend this place.

I chose Overture Sugar Land because I actually watched the place being built, it is in a great location close to anything you may need but it is also quiet. The apartment sizes go up to 2 bedrooms and those are about 1100 square feet and the single bedrooms about about 850 square feet. I have a single and am happy with the size. I have a balcony off of mine as do the other apartments. All staff and personnel are friendly and on top of things. I definitely would recommend to others looking.

The apartment sizes are adequate for what I need, I have a 2 bedroom that is close to 1200 square feet and they do have balconies attached as well. They have a ton of activities provided, something going on every day. I would definitely recommend to others.

I love it here. The residents are very nice. We all kind of keep an eye on each other. I know all of my neighbors in my building. The nice thing about it is there are no stairs or long hallways. Each building has 4-6 apartments in it. I don't feel like I'm in an apartment. It's more like a cottage, which is a good transition for me since I wasn't used to apartment living. I have a huge patio, one of the bigger ones. So I have the luxury of not having to get dressed to go take the dogs to the designated potty places, although they have a really lovely dog park. The clubhouse is very nice. They have a pool and aqua aerobics classes. There's an exercise room with all kinds of gym equipment. There's two pool tables. The office staff is very good. The maintenance staff is really nice, and they're really good about responding to maintenance requests. This is a 55+ apartment, so they don't provide meals except for once a month, they cater in a community dinner for us. Their activities are awesome. They have probably 3-4 activities scheduled 6 days a week. For whatever reason, they've decided to close the clubhouse in the office on Sundays, but the other 6 days they have games and other activities, and sometimes a bus ride someplace. It's awesome. I looked at several other facilities in the Las Vegas valley, and I'm so glad I decided this was the one I wanted. Of all the places that are available, I can't imagine living anywhere else.

This is the best thing I ever did. It feels like living in a resort. There is always something to do, and someone to interact with at the community. The people are very, very nice. The community picks the garbage up from outside your door. There is a happy hour weekly with appetizers. They even have a monthly tenants meeting to have the community address any questions or concerns. There is secured delivery of amazon and post office packages. Everything is very nice here. They have washer and dryers in the apartments. They have a library, movie theater, and more for the residents to utilize.

This is something you should definitely check into. They did a great job in putting this modern and high tech building together. The staff are awesome to work with. Some of the activities include: karaoke, seminars, games, and more for the residents to choose from.

This is an awesome place for single women to live. They have a lot of activities and my loved one really loves participating in the activities. My loved one feels that the staff are great and there for the residents.

The community does not have a meal and dining service, but we have full kitchens so we can prepare our own meals. The activities are wonderful, there is something going on every single day. What I really like about Album Keller-Ranch are their floor to ceiling windows. My apartment over looks the courtyard which is so peaceful I have never slept so good until coming here. All of the appliances in the apartments are modern, all the amenities are great and each apartment has their own washer and dryer.

The neighbors do care about each other and look out for each other. The staff are all very good and very helpful, they help set up activities and things for the residents to do. My loved one is very involved in the activities. Before covid there were a lot more food options for breakfast and then after covid there are a lot of prepackaged options now. There is not a lot of parking available and without reserved parking you have to park further away

We chose Destinations Pebble because when looking this is what my dad liked the most, it was in the perfect area. The apartment sizes at the facility were fine for what he needed, they could use more closet space though, they only have a bedroom closet. I would recommend to others looking.

I would highly recommend the community to others. We are on one of the busiest corners in Sarasota and we don't hear anything in our apartment. It is one of the most comfortable places to be. It is a beautiful community.

Everything has been going very well. Well worth it, do not hesitate. run towards it. Outstanding selection. The staff are very friendly, responsive and communicative with us and my loved ones needs. They have made my loved very comfortable in her new surroundings.

It's a really good, safe, and easily accessible location with lots of good businesses around. The doors are not electric, so there are no buttons to open and close doors for those with limited mobility. But the staff are very friendly, and everyone has been very helpful to my loved one. The apartments are really nice, modern and brand new. The kitchen has really large counterspace and cabinet spaces, and the flooring is easy to clean.

Overture has a wide variety of apartment styles, not one bedroom is the exact same. They are beautiful, state of the art apartments. All new construction, with all the bells and whistles. The apartments are very spacious, with big balcony's. Indoor parking is available as well as garbage pick up. The have a lounge up top that looks like a 4-star season lobby, it is just stunning. Also Overture has elevators.

Our loved one thoroughly enjoys the inclusiveness and amenities, she really likes that. Usually 3-5 days a week they have activities going on, but given the circumstances we aren't sure what activities are going on. They have a continental breakfast our loved one goes to sometimes. The staff are very friendly and have great communication. Considering it not only a great place for loved ones to live at, but it makes the families happy our loved one is living there and well cared for.
