I'd certainly recommend that people look here if they're interested. I think the activities they offered before the pandemic have been great. And I've enjoyed the residents I've met here. It is extremely clean here. I've had no issue in that area. They have a really nice walking path, which is good because I enjoy walking outside. They just need to get the lobster food truck back in! They haven't had that here in a while. We've moved in part time, and I'm looking forward to being there fully soon. And I'm looking forward to starting to play bridge there again.

I chose Destinations Pebble because of the cost, they took me with just having social security income. I am in a 1 bedroom and it is fine for what I need. Sometimes the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned as I would like but overall it is a good facility and I would recommend to others looking.

Incredibly impressed by the Overture! If you have a loved one who is not needing "hands on care" but simply a wonderful community of similar age adults who they can get to know, socialize with and then still have their own independance in a safe and very luxurious environment, this is the place for them! Certainly a number one choice for my loved one until they would need more assisted care!

We chose Larkspur at Twin Creeks because it was a newer, cleaner, and nicer all the way around than some others we saw. The apartment sizes are great and laid out very nicely. They do have a park across the street with a walkway, some benches, and ponds and it is nice scenery. I would recommend to others looking.

This community did not offer meals so it did not fit our needs. The staff was very friendly and returned our calls promptly.

The community is very clean, and the staff members are also great. When I first got here they were pretty strict with the covid restrictions so the activities were very minimal. Now they are starting to bring them back, we can play more games while still be cautious and wearing our masks at the tables. It is not the cheapest but for what I get it is worth it, it is like a 5-star hotel. it is so secured and I feel safe being here.

It is a great community and you should live here. It is a new, the people are nice. The location is great, tons of activities to choose from, the apartment is great! The communication is pretty good. My loved one enjoys living here. They send emails to the families to keep us updated.

This is probably the nicest and safest community you'll find in the Allen area. It's crazy how expensive these things can be, and Larkspur is such a great value. The finishes are nice, there's all wood floors, no move-in fee. The staff is so nice. They make sure that you have everything you need. They're calling us to make sure everything is okay. If they see the residents need help bringing in groceries, they'll get up and help. They're office staff, they definitely don't have to do that, but they do. They help residents get an Uber. They call if our loved one walks out looking more confused than usual - they call and say "He didn't' tell us where he was going, just wanted you to know what was going on." They do a great job of keeping us informed. And it's awesome. They have so many activities, cooking classes, yoga, coping skills groups. And the residents get to talk and bond with one another. Larkspur is the best.

We have been residents at the Avidor in Evanston since early November 2020. It’s a wonderful place! The amenities are lovely, the apartments are spacious, open and bright, with floor to ceiling windows throughout. The staff is professional and extremely friendly and helpful. They are invested in helping residents feel included and even during the pandemic have done all that’s possible to bring a sense of community and inclusiveness, with many activities and options that enable people to feel safe, connected and comfortable. We couldn’t imagine a more appealing and welcoming environment.

I am very happy at Overture Daniel Island. They do offer a lot of activities here, there is always something to do and it is different every week. Living in this facility is really good because you have more independence yet they are willing to help with anything you need. The residents who live here are wonderful as well, it is a great sense of community. It is located in a great place and it is gorgeous and you have great views. I am really glad I moved here and I would recommend.

The community has lots of activities to do including, swimming, exercise classes, crafts, and Bingo. This is not an assisted living community, this is an independent living community and there is no medical staff. I would recommend this community to others

When I first moved in everything was shut down, but the owners and management have been very covid aware, they are keeping everything clean and now are slowly opening things back up with precautions. It is important for people to know that the management are always very concerned about everybody's safety and well being at the Overture

I chose Overture Sugar land because they offered independent living, I liked the location of the facility, and also the quality of the property of my apartment. My apartment is wonderful, I have a single bedroom with a studio and it is very spacious and nice as any house I have been in. The kitchen is great and very well equip. I would tell others to take a virtual tour, it will speak for itself. It is a quality environment and worth the money.

I chose Overture Central Park because it is closer to the hospital that my doctors are on staff at. The apartment sizes here are really good. They have a wonderful dog park if you have pets right in the court yard area. They also have a boccie ball court and we do play bingo Mondays and Thursdays. They also have a fantastic library and workout room, so there is a lot to do. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

I chose Overture Chapel Hill because it was recommended to me and they called me right away. My brother came and looked at it with me and we both thought it was great. The apartment sizes vary, I am in a 1 bedroom plus a powder room and patio and it is great size, especially the kitchen. I would tell others that the entryway is beautiful and I would recommend them to others looking.

It is a great community. It is small enough to be a community. Some other communities are spread out, and seem to get lost in the larger communities as well. This community has been able to continue on with activities for the residents during the pandemic. They have great communication with the families.

We chose Overture Greenville because of the value for the money and the amenities. Our apartment size is perfect for us, we are really happy with it. It has been a good experience and I would recommend.

The staff is very friendly and management is easy to talk to. The residence is nice and overall it's a really nice place. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

I had a tour and absolutely love Overture Barrett. Its apartments have everything I'm looking for. Seriously considering.

I visited this property a couple of months ago. It was a breath of fresh air. I am extremely excited about moving there in late March or early April. Everyone I met was friendly and knowledgeable.
