It's a good move. The staff is very nice and helpful. They answer any questions or concerns we may have. The residents are all nice people. They are really really friendly. The way it is situated is very comfortable and new. They come with a washer and dryer, microwave. I like the walk in shower. My only issue is they do not provide any transportation. They help call you a Lyft which is very expensive. I would love if that offered some form of resident only transportation for us.

I chose Overture Daniel Island because of the quietness of where it is located. I have the smallest 1 bedroom apartment that they have but it is plenty of space for me and what I need. The maintenance staff members are very friendly and they always respond in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this independent living facility to others looking.

This community was out of our budger. We really liked it but we knew that we could not afford this community.

My parents absolutely love it. The staff is amazing and accommodating. The building is extremely clean. It's safe and secure. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my parents.

It's pretty good if your still mobile. If your not as mobile as you could be I would give it a 4.

Overture Daniel is a very clean and very nice community, and the staff members are very helpful and very friendly. The value is fine, but the activities were more limited then what our loved one had preferred. They only serve breakfast and its during a certain time frame so if you like to sleep in in the morning you most likely will miss breakfast. Our loved one always slept in and missed breakfast about 75% of the time, so the time frame could maybe be longer in the mornings.

I love it here. It's kind of like living in a resort. I feel safe here and don't have to worry. The neighborhood is safe to walk in. It's very accessible to public transportation if you don't have ta car. It's also very easy to get a Lyft or an Uber if you need to. The staff is nice. Overall, I really like it here.

We have never seen anything but clean at Overture and the staff members are very friendly. They do have a calendar with different types of meals and activities for different holidays and celebrations. It is location right across the street from a park and public library. It is also close to a bunch of shopping malls and grocery stores. It is just a wonderful place.

This is an excellent community for your loved one. It is good for people who want to have an independent lifestyle with great amenities. The staff here are excellent with the residents and the family. The communication between staff and residents is good also.

The public areas inside the community are beautiful and up to date, but the individual house keeping at times can be improved. The staff members are absolutely wonderful and they do have good activities going on. We like the floor plan of our loved ones room and the community is conveniently located to grocery stores and other shopping stores.

This was a nice community but just not the place that I wanted to be. Just to many drawbacks and not the vibe that I was looking for. The other community just had more to offer for me.

My mother calls and tells me how much fun she is having at this community. She loves it here. They have potlucks and activities for the residents to get together and interact. My loved one is having a good time here.

We're very pleased. It was a big decision for us, and we weren't sure how we would fit in. It has been a big change. But they've made it very easy for us. They have the very best maintenance people. And the management is so easy to deal with and generally very friendly and accommodating.

Its a wonderful 55 and older community staff is great. You have to see it to appreciate it. Good amenities The water bill is on same rent notice when I first moved in the water didn't appear to start at zero the bill included water that was used by the building prior to me moving in. They are giving me a monthly credit to resolve the issue of usage prior to me moving in. Other than that all has been well.
