Today I thought I would drop in and get a tour. I was greeted by Mrs. [name removed] upon arriving and she is very knowledgeable and kind. The adult home community is absolutely gorgeous it has everything. I feel like I’m in a upscale hotel and look forward to making this my new home. I feel so safe great environment upscale area and easy access to the interstate. Also you are in walking distance to some stores.

This is a place for someone who does not want to have to deal with any maintenance. You can leave and go on vacation without any problems. It is clean and well run. Very easy access to services, a grocery store near, tennis court, walking trails, a lot of close amenities in a great location. They have programs and something for everyone. It is more independent living and not for someone who needs more assistance.

There are no meals here everyone cooks for themselves, but twice a week there is a breakfast for those who are interested with a professional cook. Also, two Saturday's a month there is a big brunch. There is an activities calendar posted every month with all the things they will have going on. The value for cost is a little expensive but as a whole it is very good for what you are getting.

I had a great tour with Destinations Pueblo, it is an extremely nice facility. It was too expensive for what we could afford and the location was far from family.

We chose Destinations at Alexander because of the convenient location to family. The apartment sizes at the facility are on the smaller side and we think they could be a little bigger for the money that we pay. Overall everything has been good and we would recommend them.

Arietta is a great place to live. You will not find large or nice condos anywhere for this type of 55+ community. There are so many activities that it would be difficult to participate in all. The staff is outstanding. They are friendly, caring and dedicated to their jobs. I highly recommend Ariette.

I love it here. I've had a wonderful experience so far. The staff have been very helpful in getting me settled. And they've resolved any minor issues I've had. It's been wonderful. We have our own kitchens in our apartments, so meals are not provided. But they have a lot of activities, and I have met a lot people. I do AquaFit, an exercise class, line dancing, and they have movies almost every Monday afternoon. I've met some people that I play cards with and Mexican Train Dominoes with. They have all kinds of activities - painting, coloring, just about everything. My neighbors and the people that I've met are so warm and friendly. I think it's a terrific value here.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very nice community but to our loved one it felt more like a resort and they thought it wasn't going to be a good fit. Also some of the utilities were separate from the actual rent.

We have been here since the Orchards opened in July 2020 and have been very pleased with the property. The staff and members are all great and friendly. The price is very competitive.

All the staff members here are fantastic, extremely helpful and friendly. it is a smaller community which makes it more of an intimate setting. The maintenance team has done a very good job not only keeping the main inside areas well maintained but also the outside of the community.

I don't feel there's any uncertainty here at Overture Greenville. I feel like my mom is in a very safe place, and she's close enough to everything to still live a great lifestyle - the location is perfect. Activities are perfect as well. She's really enjoying those. The apartments are great. They're very clean, updated, and modern. There was a little bit of a miscommunication when we did the overall signing, but that all got worked out. I feel like its a good value. We would not have these amenities everywhere else: safety, security, workouts, a pool, wine night. What more can you ask for?

Living at Arietta for the last three years has been a blessing for me and my husband. With the variety of activities, it's easy to socialize in the small and friendly community. We love being close to downtown and the Van Wezel, and we feel very safe in our lovely apartment. We're happy we made the decision to move here.

I feel blessed to be here, it feels like family, is great and safe, and not having 3 meals a day gives me incentive to try new restaurants. I love my roomy one bedroom a lot with full size washer and dryer and screened lanai. the staff are friendly and helpful. I cannot think of a better place to live at this time of my life.

Great staff. Always something to do. The facility and grounds are always so beautiful. The other residents are friendly and you do no feel isolated.

Our tour with Overture Barrett was wonderful. It was just TOO independent for my mom and the crowd seemed to be much younger.
