It was close to our son and felt we did not need some of the options offered at other places at this time. Definitely book an apartment. People are very friendly. Would definitely recommend it There are all the shops close by, and Restaurants if you want to go out. Can walk to many places People are extremely friendly. There is a hairdresser in the building.

Management changed right after we moved in. I'm still waiting to see if that will be positive. The lady who helped us move in was wonderfully. She is no longer here.

I toured Avidor Edina Apartment Homes during my search for Independent Living for my loved one. I really liked this facility. It's gorgeous and the gal who runs it is very professional. If I could afford it, I would move there myself. However, they didn't have the type of room or care that we were looking for.

5's on all counts! I love this place! People are super friendly, the place is beautiful, and you can be as active or inactive as you choose to be. I highly recommend it! There's quite a variety for apartment sizes. Mine is 1 bedroom and quite comfortable. I also saw an Amberlain property, and my apartment is much better arranged. The accommodations are good. It does cost a little more than I had planned, but it actually has been quite doable because of perks that are built in.

Parasol living blends luxury living with many amenities. The lounge is so well appointed and provides a warm and friendly atmosphere for the residents activities. There are multiple choices of apartment designs, one and 2 bedroom, all are well designed. If you’re ready for fun coupled with beautiful surroundings, come to Parasol Melbourne.

Our family had an in person tour with Overture Sugar Land and I thought the experience and the community as a whole was a great experience, but the location was just not the best for me.

I've been a resident almost 2 years and have enjoyed my stay. The facilities and the grounds are kept clean. The staff is nice and has been accommodating. The mechanical department personnel is outstanding when it comes to fulfilling repair requests.

We are very happy we found Parasol. The staff is great and very helpful. The amenities and activities make living here so enjoyable. The friends we've made are the best part of our days and evenings.

I am a new resident at Parasol Melbourne and had to downsize from a much larger home with a huge pool and I was used to having my Family (Children and Grand Children) come and visit from time to time having large gatherings, I am a Chef so everyone can't wait for Nana to cook and just enjoy Family Time, I just could not imagine living in a 2 Bedroom, but after talking it over with my Husband and meeting the staff here at Parasol Melbourne and checking out the facility and all that it has to offer the decision was made and I believe that I made the right choice.

I am totally impressed with the staff and how nice they are. From our first meeting and the showing of the apartments till actually moving in everything was just as they said it would be. And I am giving a shout-out to leasing consultant [name removed] who is awesome at her job.

I am excited about my stay here. [name removed] have been more then attentive and professional. He is always eager to assist in whatever needs the occupant may have. Sometimes I feel like a pest but [name removed] always ensure me I am not and he is here to help. The staff have been welcoming and supportive under the tutelage of [name removed]. I will continue to enjoy my stay here and the clubhouse activities.

We had a great tour experience with Overture Ridgmar. The facility is beautiful, apartments are beautiful and the staff were all extremely friendly. This is a 55+ community so there are no meals served. My loved one is 96 and was not going to be cooking every day and did not need to be ordering out. It was a great place, but just did not fit our needs.

We are so happy with this community. The residents and staff are wonderful. There are activities all day long to keep the residents engaged and socializing with each other. The maintenance team is quick to respond to requests. The management team has been very easy to work with. There is a full kitchen and washer and dyer in the apartment.

The management is very good. The facility is very nice, clean, well managed & many amenities provided.

We are enjoying it! The people have been super nice. The staff have been wonderful. They have plenty of good activities, and we've enjoyed the events. It's a good place to live. We have one neighbor we don't care for, but out of 100 apartments, that's pretty good.

Overture Ridgmar is probably the best 55+ apartment complex in the city of Ft. Worth. From the underground parking garage to the large apartments there is no match close. alos you will not meet a better group of people than the men and women living here. Everyone is friendly, pleasant and helpful. I feel comfortable calling on any of them at any time. The staff is great and seem very anxious to please the residents and meet all of our expectaitons. There are lots of excitng activities going on and you are free to join in whenever you please or not. up to you. if you are looking for a really ACTIVE 55+ community, Overture Ridgmar should be the first, and last, place yoju look!!!

The main deciding factor for us when picking Overture Cary is that it is only independent living and 55+. There is no meals and dining here but there are a few activities included in the monthly rent and we would recommend Overture Cary to other families.

There are a few stains on the carpeting in the hallways. We absolutely love it here and the staff is so nice and so helpful.

So many options from floor plans to activities. Great management team that truly want to keep you happy. The location is near shops, restaurants, medical facilities and several highways. The residents are friendly and helpful to all they meet. We love it here and you will too. Stop by and say hello.

The staff is awesome and have enjoyed my first 3 months. If you are looking for a place where you can make life long friendships the Orchards is the best. I just wish I could do a 30 year lease
