Beautiful and good value. Brand new, lots of amenities.

I chose this community because of the affordability, the amenities such as the heated pool, and it was overall just a very nice place. They have a lot of different sizes of apartments but they are all great. They have wonderful breakfasts as well, the man who serves it is very nice. The best part about the community so far has been the family type atmosphere. Everybody cares about each other and takes care of one another. I would definitely recommend

This facility was by far the best we saw when looking, My mother loves this community and so do we. It's a newer facility and is really nice with high-quality care. Its a safe and clean environment I would highly recommend this facility to others.

The community is well run and safe, this is a healthy environment, and it's just like a family and we take care of each other. They have a heated pool for exercise and are trying to keep going with social distancing activities. I would recommend this community to others

The community is really nice and very clean. The residents are able to have dogs at Overture Cotswold. We have a yard crew that comes in to mow and landscape. Everybody speaks to each other. During COVID it has been hard to get to know other residents because of distance and wearing of masks. To my knowledge the community hasn't had any cases of COVID. I'm happy with the cost I'm paying, at Overture Cotswold.

The value of this community and the location that it is in really stood out to us. The rooms the offer are regular apartment size so they are pretty big, We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

This community is kept very clean, and the staff members are very friendly. They really are wonderful. This community has a great value, and the staff members really take very good care of us. The activities director keeps us very active. We play corn hole, and many board games. We also have nice events and festival parties

From the first moments I spoke with [name removed], the sales specialist at Overture 9th & CO, I knew my father would have a special new place to call home. I was uncertain of the move-in process amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. I was assured protocols were in place to keep everyone safe and healthy. The building and move-in were clean; measures were taken to actively sanitize while moving in, insuring the safety of all. The only issue during the move-in was the waiting period to have access to the storage unit; which was handled diligently. As expected, with being one of the first to move in; there were a few hitches with tech/construction teams still installing and maintaining the building/elevators, but all in all it went smooth. The virtual entry and security interfaces allow for easy access for residents and guests. The building is phenomenal! It is a stunning, safe, and secure place for my father to call home. I can go on and on about the Overture 9th&CO team... they extraordinarily kind, informative, proactive, trustworthy and supportive. They all have been ready and willing to assist every step of the way. They go above and beyond to show they care about the residents and their families. This team is stellar! For me, life is about doing the little things for the ones we love to keep them happy. The 9th & CO team has really taken the time to find out those little things about my father and family. We are so happy he is a part of the Overture family! In the short time he has been there, he feels confident this place will be home for years to come. I HIGHLY recommend Overture 9th & CO to anyone looking for an active adult community for themselves or a loved one. I am so grateful to have my father call this place home. Hi, I moved to AvidorEdina two weeks ago. While still in the honeymoon time I have yet to find fault with the place. The design of the building and apt is very good. Bright, cheerful and full of light. The staff is helpful, available and friendly. I have everything I need and more. The landscape is lovely and they have out door benches everywhere. All in all a good looking place and I am so happy living there.

We have a group that my daughter thinks it is similar to a sorority. We go to each other's houses and enjoy spending time together. There is an opportunity to rent a storage unit at this community. There is a handy man on the campus on the community. I had an issue one day with my air conditioner, and the maintenance team were at my door within 30 minutes. There are lots of activities that include exercise, movie night, bocce ball, wine down Wednesday, and swimming. They have a continental breakfast each morning. You have the option to sit in the dining room and eat and they even have hot coffee. Once things get back in full sing, they have an event each month to gather the community together. Sometimes they even include the public.

[name removed] the maintenance man is so helpful. The sales girls are so helpful. The lady in charge promises, and some people complain about not getting their items. There was an issue with my electric bill, and they are trying to work on the bill for me to get it fixed. This is the only complaint in 13 months. The lady who does the recreation is very timid, but she comes up with some great ideas. I've not met anyone who is nasty. I love the people, I have met people from Aruba, California, and even New York and Paris and Indonsia. I joined two book clubs, prior to COVID there was a happy hour on Tuesdays. They even have a swimming pool for some other activities. There is a gym on-site as well, and it was a plus for me. Once a week we have line dancing and crafts. They even play movies and they have spaced the chairs apart for the community to be able to watch movies. There is a drama group you can join as well. I have a balcony that looks over the pool and recreation area. I have even decorated my balcony and it is beautiful here. I only have to walk about a half block to the grocery store, and there are restaurants, shopping centers, and shipping centers near me. It is an awesome place and it is brand new and super clean.

Mom just moved in yesterday, place is beautiful. Have some activities, no assisted living at the previous facility. Wanted to find a place with assisted living and memory care. This place has a pool, can grow fresh vegetables, has a putting green. Looks like a resort!!

I think it is great. Everybody is close knit like a family. I have never been any place like this where all of the residents have joined together. Before COVID, the food was really good and it was fun. On Friday nights, we would have wine and different types of food. It was always a nice meal. I love my apartment. I have a little balcony with a courtyard view. I intend to just stay here. I never want to live anywhere else.

Loved the complex. Everything very new. Activities Coord gave the tour and she was super friendly and knowledgeable. No regular meal options, though community pot lucks and happy hours. Close to Frisco shopping, mall, and other retail.

A brand new community, it is beautiful and clean! One of the staff can be a little sarcastic, however the rest of the staff is good. The sales staff is fantastic; very polite, kind, and thoughtful. The cleaning staff is awesome and they do the job well. They are planning on opening the drama club soon. There are some services provided including a breakfast bar, which is pleasant. Although a bit expensive, it is a good value. I enjoy the people here a lot and that is a huge reason why I chose Overture Buckhead South.

I love Living here at Overture of Fair Ridge! I’ve lived here since November 2019. I am so happy! It’s quiet and peaceful. There are a huge variety of interesting activities for every type os senior. Breakfast 6 days a week. Everyone here is very skilled at their jobs, from maintenance to managers. They treat you with respect and are extremely friendly. The residents are also friendly and welcoming. The employees are caring, it’s just an amazing, awesome place. After searching for 66 years, I’ve found my home!

The thing that I like best is that I feel safe and secure. You can't get in or out without a passcode. The community is gated. I do have a problem with the food service. The food is good but the staff limit our portions and I then see them pack up the food and take it home with them. My apartment is nice but it is small. I guess you get what you pay for, and this size was all that I could afford.

People are very friendly, feels like a family. Residents really care about each other and watch out for each other. It is a very nice place to live, near two hospital and lots of restaurants and shopping. Everything you need is within three miles. I really like the architecture it is very modern and the landscaping is very nice. The back hallway to the parking lot gets messy and needs to be cleaner.
