I really like having my father at Farmington. We have enjoyed getting to know the staff. The decor is pleasing. It has a quiet and orderly atmosphere. Orientation was rough as we have fumbled our way into the system. We also fumbled around the finances. We had to make calls and request meetings to figure things out. We came in an emergent situation but that is probably typical.

The location is excellent. The staff is very helpful andthe food is great. And her overall experience he couldn't ask for anything better.

We are currently still moving and settling in to La Conner. The staff are great I would give them a 5. The community is clean and well taken care of. There are activities available however we have not had a chance to participate in any. They do not offer a good variety of food. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

It has been a very difficult adjustment for mother to this community. This is a good community for the right person. I would say the staff at times seem inexperienced and the medical staff needs to pay more attention to her doctors orders. It is a nice community with nice people. They do offer activities for the residents through out the week. The food is acceptable and she is meeting some new people. I would say just make sure this is a good fit for your loved one.

Location in LaConner has many nice shops and restaurants within walking distance (a couple of blocks). Staff at LCRI is very friendly and concerned. Rooms are well laid out with large closets and good-sized refrigerators. Dining room is attractive; food is generally acceptable and sometimes very good.

I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the level of care, the cleanliness of the facility and I have no complaints. Great place overall.

They deal well with the residents well and they are very patient with them. However, I was told some things before my mother moved in that were not true. They have problems delivering papers in the mail though.

This is not a place for seniors. The activities were always cancelled. Her room had stains on the carpet. The staff would not respond properly. It would take a while.

It was a very short stay, and they were very nice, but I felt like they were a little less attentive than I had thought they would be. I thought maybe more staff would be helpful. It was clean, but the attention to personal areas was not as great. Betty, who works in the office, was very honest and great to work with and she is one of the reasons that we chose to move here. I think for someone with a bit of mobility that can get around to the bathroom and things on their own, are a better fit here.

My mother-in-law is living there; from what I've seen so far during my visit it has gone well!

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. Farmington Square seemed like a nice enough place, it was clean and well kept and the staff were friendly. However, I do not think it would have been a good fit for Dad. He is very active socially, and it just didn't feel like there were enough people or activities here to keep him busy.

I also really liked that my loved one would have the ability to transition into their memory care unit if necessary, without having to move to another community.

This is one place I toured when I was looking for options. I liked that it was smaller, and not so institutional. They were very compassionate. I liked that they had different levels of care. I wish I had known about it earlier.

Overall our experience with Farmington has been very good. The only area where I do think they could stand to improve is with their activities, but overall we are very pleased.

Older facility.'Transitions' program seems appropriate for Mom's level of dementia. Very good location. Medicaid contract.

Everything seems fine so far. We haven’t been there very long, but so far everything is okay. It’s clean and the people are friendly. It seems like a decent value for the money. The activities they offer are okay.

For us it was a very – it’s a very calm, warm, and homey place. We haven’t used the food service because our loved one has a special diet. The laundry had been okay. The memory care does not have an outside area for memory care residents. It is conveniently located and there is enough parking.

Overall, we are very happy with this choice! The activities appeal to, and are appropriate for, the other residents. However, my loved one would benefit from something more intellectually involved. They do a lot of nice activities are they are great, it would just be ideal to have a few other options. We really like this location. It's close to home and I can visit often. Also, their facilities are very nice, and that was one of the reasons why we chose them! The people here are great, and have stayed great over time!

Nobody's perfect, so I'm not giving any 5's, but everything seems pretty nice. The food seems pretty good, and there are quite a few activities and things to do. The communcation is good, too. When I call, I usually get through, or they call me back if needed. The community is fairly new, and its small, but the rooms seemed fairly large, so chose this place. My loved one seems to like it, so that's important.

So far they've been great. Dad is really enjoying himself. It's a nice looking, clean place, and the staff are friendly and very responsive to any issues that might arise.
