We are very happy with choosing The Village memory. The staff is amazing and my sister has settled in nicely!

The building is very well kept and inviting and the staff is friendly. My Mom got one of the mid sized rooms and it was a perfect size for her.

The med techs that take care of my mom seem very caring and kind to her, which is my top priority. She feels genuinely loved. The staff is very good at informing me ever time she falls and talks to me about whether or not she should go to ER. I trust them with her care. Admin staff are not helpful and border on rude. For the activities, I put N/A as it appears that there are great activities to participate in, my mom is not interested

I've never found a place like this!! All the staff, and that includes top to bottom, are wonderful. Great attitudes and very caring. I never would have found this place though without A place for Mom. We are more than satisfied with The Village and would recommend without reservation! Without the cheerful, and helpfulness of your representative, we never would have found this place for my mom. I was so desperate when I called, and running out of time to find a place. [name removed] immediately helped me to calm down, then gave me some real options. We went to The Village first, and that was our miracle![name removed] stayed in touch with me until we got Mom settled! What fantastic service.

As a retired professional from the health care industry, I'm a huge critic of care facilities catering to seniors and dementia patients. There was a time when I would have struggled with recommending this place but now I will recommend it to anyone who has a family member or friend in need of memory care. Arbors has undergone an outstanding transformation in every area of its operation. I'm very impressed! There are some nice, and not so nice-looking memory care facilities in this town. More important is the care and attitude they provide. Congratulations, Arbors, for rising to the top of the heap!

What I always liked about the Village is they provide a calm and mellow environment that is not too cramped. The staff shortage had been an ongoing issue ( especially in the kitchen). Also, their hair salon ,in a years time, has not opened yet. On the positive side, they do take my mom back and forth to her appointments and have a care taker accompany her. And, if you have any concerns, the staff will listen and work with you to solve any problems you need sorted out.

From administration to care givers, they have exceeded expectations from day one. We have not been disappointed in any aspect of getting Mom moved in and settled. She is delighted with her new home and is doing very well. I no longer worry about her as I did in her previous “re-hab” situation. First time I have not had to worry about her health and wellbeing. Many thanks.

It's a very welcoming community with plenty of opportunities to interact with other residents. As far as the staff goes, I would say that some of the night staff could be more responsive and have better bedside manner. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The staff at Emerald Gardens,is friendly,caring,vigilant. Residents are provided with many activities and social events to keep up moral and maintain the highest quality of life. You will sleep well knowing your loved ones are properly cared for.

The Staff at Sequoia Assisted Living community are friendly and helpful and have done their best to make my Mom feel welcome. She had a fall once in the middle of the night and they immediately responded to her pressing the call button, got her up and reorient and settled her. I know she is safe there.

I much appreciate the opportunity to write this review. My friend resided at Farmington Square Gresham (FSG) Memory Care for about 1 1/2 years before he recently died. Throughout his stay, the staff were wonderfully kind and supportive, and even moreso during his last weeks of life. In short, FSG hires quality staff. I communicated with my friend's wellness coordinator via text. I got calls whenever my friend experienced an event, even for minor events. The administrators, from beginning to end, were caring, helpful and honest. I am deeply grateful to both staff and administrators.

Love it here! All of the staff are excellent and the grounds are beautiful. Just like my home. I really enjoy the food and the choices we have. We like the finer but simple things in life. The Renaissance has it all.

My mother is has been a resident of the Village for 4 years now. When we first got here the was plenty of things that made us unhappy. I could list them, but the NEW Village is night and day better. Since the new director, [name removed], took over the service and care has gotten better every month. Also, the whole building was remodeled, and it is absolutely beautiful. It's like walking into a brand-new building. It has a theater, many activities and the new chef has completely changed the food that comes out of the kitchen. My mom looks forward to every meal now instead of dreading it like she used to. Since the management change and the remodel I stress much less about my mother. We are very blessed to have the peace of mind when it come to my mothers care.

I met with this community's marketing/sales manager and was very impressed by his knowledge of the community, what housing options were currently available and other amenities they had to offer prospective residents.

We toured with The Sequoia and it was a very close first contender. The facility and the staff were both very nice. The room sizes were just a little bit bigger at [facility name removed] and we thought the shower set up was much safer. That was the main reason we chose them instead.

I am so impressed with staff and management at Farmington Square Beaverton, particularly during the last few days while my mother was being transferred into transitional memory care. Mom has lived there for the last 5 years in the main building, and the care she received has always been pretty good, (with a few outstanding individuals). But during the move to her new building, I got to see the current group of folks that work there in action over a couple of days, and I was amazed at the patient, caring and professional manner in which they conduct themselves. I want to thank the Executive Director [name removed] for how much she helped us through what could have been a difficult transition; she was so present and participating during the move. She really knows and cares about her residents and her staff! And I have to thank their activities/transportation guy [name removed], for being so great to my mom over the last years, and for just being the best! Sorry I can’t mention all the great staff!

Toured the Sequoia on Friday and was taken away by how ambient is the feel of the place. Spacious, very calm, with lots of outdoor patios and balconies. Sequoia's renovated interior looks elegant and tasteful to the last detail. You feel as if you are at the retreat. Impressive choice of things to do dazzled me with a cooking master class! Yes, I am a foodie, and this along would be a deciding factor for me. What's more engaging then learning from [name removed] - a head chef with over 30 year s of restaurant experience! it is like being on the Food channel every week! Wow! the staff is so collaborative and helpful, yes, Sequoia is a place to be!

[name removed] the manager does a great job managing everyone and is so patient and respectful to all the seniors. The residents were so welcoming and happy. The apartments are really spacious and nicer than many of the other places we toured. My lunch was good but I heard some grumbling that there is room for improvement. The building design is not the best if you have trouble walking yet are otherwise still wanting to live independently. A lot of walking to the dinning room. I wish the main building that is for assisted living had central air without the wall units. I hope they remodel that aspect. Otherwise, it is a wonderful choice of a place to live and so much nicer than most of the other places we toured.

I was really pleased with Bozeman Lodge in the time my mom was a resident there. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. Whether it was walking mom to the cafeteria and back or playing games at game time they were commendable. The room was quite nice, well-lit and spacious. It was easy for mom to get around in her walker and have a number of decorations as well.

I love working with the residents, and my coworkers. I love all the smiles, and how we work in perfect harmony together. Everyone seems really happy. I hope to work here for many more years, and to have the blessing of many more people who join the community.
