I toured this community for my mother and her needs. The community is nice looking, and from what I saw everything looked great. My tour went well, but I preferred a closer location. While it offers much, this wasn't a perfect fit for my mother and her needs.

The overall culture needs a serious review from top management to aides. It is run too much like a business and that resonates throughout. The high cost no where matches the care received. Front desk staff in both buildings are lovely and responsive. The nursing staff and aides seem to be there only for a paycheck. Atria needs to seriously look at this with respect to the elderly residents and making them feel comfortable and wanted. Atria needs to put top people in operations who are efficient and responsive, and they should bring in a consultant to do a review of the Nursing department, from Director down. Although the costs are extremely high, The facility is under staffed resulting in unhappy workers, which filters through to the elderly residents.

I had a great experience at this community, the staff was was very welcoming to my mother and I and really took the time to give us a wonderful experience of there facility. The property was very well maintained and had lots of great amenities to offer there residents.It was just a little to expensive for our budget.

I toured this community. It was clean. The staff was nice and did answer my questions. It was very nice outdoors. They had a lot of residents in wheelchairs and that was not a community my sister would of feel comfortable with. They had a nice menu. They offered activities. I think families should see this community for what they are looking for. It was a nice value.

I feel safe and I get the care I need in this community. So far it is going okay but the meals could be better. I have tried some activities and It was suitable and nice for me. The community is kept clean daily. The staff have so far been dependable and friendly.

My wife and I were looking for a home to provide all our care and assistance with meals and cleaning. When we looked at the community we thought that it did not have a feeling of home.

The people I met were great and friendly. This is an older community. I was not impressed with the memory care unit as it seemed dark.

Atria Hillsdale was nice and definitely affordable. It didn't quite capture my Grandmother's interest, but it will be kept in mind when looking to the future.

I went here and I immediately felt like I was in a institution. The halls were long and empty. m They wanted everyone to be quiet like they didn't want the residents to get away. I just knew this was not going to work out for my loved one.

This community was not a place that I was comfortable with. The staff is nice and the community is clean and taken care of. They did have activities for him., but just did not have a good feeling for this community.

The Atria Woodbair has a positive atmosphere. The staff has been taking good care of my father and are very welcoming. The room my father is staying in is spacious , has its own bathroom and is a clean space. There is a variety of activities, although my father has not engaged in any, i am happy to know there is plenty for him to choose from.

We saw the largest 1BR floorplan, which was quite spacious and bright. The community director really took a long time with us and explained how they customize the experience for each resident! The main downside for my mother was the lack of closet/storage space and the very small counter/cabinet space in the kitchens, as she is coming from a large house. However, this community seems a very good value for the money, as well!

We feel it is too expensive.

My friend is being taken care of here. They offer activities,but he is not able to participate. The staff members are friendly. The meals are good. I would suggest families look for other options for care.

The staff here was wonderful despite the few little things that happened. The staff was great and very helpful with my loved one. The food was great and healthy. They have a lot of activities that keep the residents busy. The community was clean and neat at all times.

There is a large variety of activities that occur at this community every day, my parents are involved and really seem to enjoy them. There is room for improvement on the meals they provide and the cleanliness of the bedrooms.

We toured this community for my mother in law and her needs. The community looked nice from what we saw. It appeared to be nice and clean. The staff was friendly and nice. The layout of the community was a bit confusing, and that was a big concern for my mother in law. It was a good tour, but not the place for my mother in law and her needs.

This was a short visit for me. I need help after recouping from a bypass. it was good and it served it purpose for me. Everything went fine for me and I have moved out since healing.

I knew people here and it seemed to be going well for them. The facility used to be an old manufacturer building that was converted to a senior home. They remodeled it with a chandelier. The rooms were small and not the right fit for us.

My mom complains about the meals she eats. She believes they serve too many processed food and know that they use egg beater for the eggs. We were promised great food when moving in. However, it is a lovely facility and it has a good feel to it. Her room is nice and everything seems to be fine.
