I was just disappointed in not being told about the 1 month non refundable fee that is applied to the beginning of the stay. Which I would have paid and did. It seemed a bit sneaky to me. Otherwise it's a lovely facility and everyone is great. If the location works for you it's lovely. The l9cation ultimately didn't work for us and their manhattan location was not in our budget

The building and staff are the best but there are some issues with the food being cold and waiting a long time to be served All service provided like the salon and physical therapy are great.

Wonderful place for Mom. Lots of activities if you want to attend. Staff is always professional, courteous, friendly and seem to take a genuine interest in the folks who live there. Nice and clean too. Only negative is the restaurant. It is restaurant style dining. Very slow service, never have enough help. Servers usually forget to bring the food items you requested. Food is not very good. You can always get a deli sandwich, grilled cheese sandwich, or a cheeseburger if you don't like the 2 menu choices. It seems many of the residents complain, but change is slow.

Our loved one has since moved out, but what we liked the most about Atria Woodlands was their friendly staff. We would recommend this community to other families for independent living and light assisted living -- not for someone who is genuinely struggling with day to day

What I like the most about Atria Grass Valley is the distance from my residence and I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My father stayed at Atria for 4 weeks. Overall, we were very pleased: the staff was friendly and accommodating, the food was varied and delicious, the activities were engaging and fun, and the room was spacious - they made my Dad feel welcomed and valued. However, it took more than a few days to get everything right in regards to his medications and the required paperwork, and no one was available to orient us to the facility for a few hours. Taking everything together, we would definitely return to Atria when the need arises for a short-term stay.

Overall it has been a positive experience but my mother-in-law has had some health issues that have not let her fully experience the community activities.

This place is the best, overall the staff are wonderful and always help me.

I have seen large roaches, multiple times, and have had a problem with the laundry multiple times. I believe whites and colors, are not separated. Staff is excellent and very responsive, as is administration. Food vendor, needs to be addressed. Almost everyone complains about the food. I would like to see more live lectures versus movies, in place of lectures.

[name removed], at the front desk, is a fantastic asset to the Atria. She is always warm and friendly and kind to everyone that she meets while she juggles her many responsibilities. She also is very kind to all the animals that come in and out of the Atria. She is an asset to the entire operation and I appreciate her very much.

When my sister moved in, we didn't get much direction or help setting up account/billing- literally had no idea about online billing until I got charged a late fee. So perhaps a move in orientation would have been good. My sister is very happy there ! She does participate in some of the activities. Initially we thought there was a walking club but not sure that ever happens. But other activities are good- she loves the trivia games.

My dad seems to be doing well there which is nice. It feels clean, but sometimes there is a faint smell of urine in the hallways. My dad doesn't do many activities but I love that there are options. By far the more expensive of the facilities we looked at but things like the elevator being broken for a week kind of frustrated me with my dad being on the second floor. We want to move him to a studio room yo save money, but we don't know when one will be available

The Memory Care Manager is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! She is a professional supportive empathetic women who is always a joy to encounter and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The largest two bedrooms here are expensive for the services that are rendered at Atria Chandler. We do have a wonderful sales manager, [name removed] who has been extremely helpful.

Atria Tarzana is a very clean beautiful facility great staff and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

What I like the most about Atria Hometown is the activities, and I would recommend this community to other families.

My father was at the Atria for about two months. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There are a variety of social offerings for the residents. The food is quite good. As my father’s health declined, the staff made an effort to be accommodating, but at times they did not always respond to our concerns in a timely manner. In the end, my father needed more care than the Atria could provide. For those with less severe needs, the Atria is a great option.

If your looking at Senior Living for a family member consider the Atria Cutter Mill. The facility is clean, the staff are caring, kind, and very friendly. There are many activities for the residents to participate in, as well as entertainment. The Atria offers scheduled trips to go shopping, or to go out for lunch and even more. Meals are served in the dining room . There are many choices on the menu, and the food is good!! I could go on and on about the quality of the Atria .If you are interested please schedule a tour. You won't be disappointed. .

It's a good facility and my sister seems to enjoy it. I'm not there very often but it's always welcoming

The attendants are caring and friendly. Being on a memory care unit there doesn't seem to be a lot of friend making. But I'm only there a couple of times a week. Maybe he's more engaged when I'm not around
