Pretty solid overall but at times you need to hound them a bit to get answers or resolutions to issues. There has also been quite a bit of turnover in administration so it's been tough to know who to reach out to. Common spaces are fairly tidy but hallways to the apartments are in need of a paint job and the carpets are a bit dingy. Honestly, mom hasn't partaken in any of the activities so I don't have a lot of detail on how the activities are run but every time I ask her about joining one she says that nothing sounds interesting to her.

The facility is a bright, pleasant place tucked in a wonderful Quincy neighborhood close to the water. Many of the residents seem friendly and get involved in numerous activities offered at Atria. The staff seem to do their best to be attentive to residents needs.

Mom really liked her short experience because the faculty and staff were always available, friendly, and helpful. My mom didn't feel like there was enough variety & the food tasted "commercial ".

All of the staff at Atria Carrollton were extremely professional and friendly. Mom ate the same breakfast everyday but her complaints were usually about dinner. Quality and quantity.

We picked this community because of the location ,very friendly staff and a friends mother had lived there for several years and highly recommended them!!

The dining room and food prep leaves much to be desired. Food overcooked, out of essentials regularly. It is hard to rate the value without comparable residences. The best aspect is friendships with peers and that's up to individuals to foster. Physically place is ok and the staff are generally well trained. The aides are helpful and repairs are done in a timely manner. Activity department recently upgraded with new staff so we will see how it develops. I say it was the right move at the right time. I do not think the grass is greener...

Atria Hacienda is a Beautiful facility and restaurant quality food. However the interior hallways are maze-like and difficult to find one's way around. Excellent med tech care.

I would recommend Atria. I really liked Atria Lafayette Hill so I decided on Center City. I compared [facility removed] with Atria. [facility removed] is more expensive but nicer. At [facility removed] I received help moving in and out not so at Center City. The staff at [facility removed] was very personal and friendly. My husband liked it there better. However, I would definitely recommend Atria Center City.

There was only one very hostile staff member. There is a very nice, new executive director.

Quality of care is a tough category. My husband lived in Atria for two years. You must be a constant advocate to ensure a high level of care. The level is dependent on the attitude and experience of the staff and in over two years we experienced many changes in staff and management. I'm comfortable with Atria overall---- very nice community for our seniors

Atria Park made a lot of promises in the beginning but they were not kept. The rent and care prices keep going up but services don't go up.

Nice facility, always short on housekeeping staff. Much better for independent residents. More money than what you get for limited services.

The facility is nice and clean. Many activities and performances. People are nice. I would suggest to add fitness center, and the nutritionist for food due to everyone's health needs is different.

We are getting slowly and surely adjusted to the new system and the new environment The people are nice, helpful and friendly. It has almost been [date removed] now that we are here at Atria Tarzana. This is a friendly, safe and secure facility. As of now We are happy that we made A wise decision.

All residents say Food is Awful and they run out of simple things to drink and eat. I would also like to add that the cleaning that should happen weekly is so slight you cannot notice it was done. Unhappy with that !!!! It's important to keep everything and everyone clean to prevent the spread of illness.

We placed my dad in atria and were so pleased but his needs and increased level of care demanded that we move him unfortunately after just 6 weeks or so. He was too high risk and didn’t adjust well. [name removed], the nurse was exceptional and worked hard for my dad.

Experience in the community is good. Staff and residents are friendly. When my loved one has asked about personal appointment rides or internet issues staff has left her feeling like a nuisance. This is unfortunate because those were services promised during touring and lease signing.

Atria Woodbriar Park has worked out very well for our family member. One can be assured that your loved one is safe and well-cared for by the staff. The staff are friendly, caring and the residences are treated with dignity. The meals are very good and the dining area as well as common areas are a welcoming atmosphere providing opportunities to meet new friends. Atria Woodbriar's location is ideal in proximity to Falmouth Hospital, medical offices, shops, entertainment and environmental areas. Most of all, our loved one is content living at Atria Park in his new residence.

The facility is really nice. My mom seems well cared for and happy. The apartment is really nice and the view is fantastic. I have never seen any bugs anywhere in the building and there are no strong odors. The other residents are friendly. I would wish for a bit more communication between the staff and the families because my mom doesn't always remember to tell me about stuff. I don't know enough about what the activities are like to say.

People were nice. Trouble with their necklace for help. They must have changed the battery at least 6 times a day instead of checking if it was defective. Called for staff to take me downstairs for appt but never came. So I had to push my wheelchair down the elevator myself and try to walk there. Luckily there was a private nurse and she helped me to the lobby.
