Ultimate Care Senior Living Management

The guide that took me around the community was very nice. All of the people met along the way were wonderful and attentive to my needs. Two amenities that they offered were the housekeeping and the laundry services. They had so many great activities available trivia, yoga and art classes. I would recommend a tour of this community it has a lot to offer.

My mother is doing very well here at this community. She is doing well here and I'am satisfied. It is a very well-kept community, they keep everything vert nice and clean. The staff is wonderful, they are all very nice and helpful. She is going on bus outing trip, they offer nice activities for the residents. It is a very homey community, it has a good atmosphere. I'am pleased with the care they are providing her with. This is a community I would highly recommend.

My grandmother loves it here at this community. She has adjusted great to it and is doing very well. They have a very positive staff here, they have been very helpful. The community looks great, everything is very well-kept. There are nice activities offered for the residents. She loves the food, the meals are great. I know she being cared for well, she is in good hands here. It has worked out well for us at this community, I would highly recommend it.

My Mom is living at the Bristal in Lake Grove. She is thriving there. The staff is very attentive to all her needs. She feels very comfortable. She enjoys her beautiful, spacious apartment. She loves the food! I am always very happy when I am there to see that she is doing so well and is so happy. The staff is very friendly all the time. Thank you.

My mom has been living at The Bristal at Woodcliff Lake for six months now. The staff is always friendly. They take great care of her and everyone knows her well. They have gotten her to do things I never thought she would, like take exercise classes, and they seem genuinely interested in making sure she is happy and healthy. It was not easy getting mom to leave her home after 52 years. We looked at a lot of places. But this has worked out really well for everyone in our family. She is happy again, and we are thrilled for her!

My mother was a resident at the Bristal for almost two years. She unfortunately passed away in December, 2015 of heart failure. She was almost 93. My mother loved the Bristal. She was so happy there. She loved the people, her room, the food, the activities, the entertainment, the services and the beauty and cleanliness of the entire place. She used to say..."I'm trying to find something about the place I don't like...but I can't find anything...I feel like I died and went to heaven." I want to thank the Bristal staff for making the last two years of my mother's life so happy, peaceful and safe. My brothers and I were so relieved that we did not have to worry about her and knew she was in safe hands and enjoying her life so much. I also want to thank the other residents who were so friendly and caring. My mother made many friends and felt so loved. I highly recommend The Bristal...and if I am still aroud in 15-20 years, I hope to be a resident there myself.

This community is absolutely wonderful, the grounds are beautiful. The staff is great very nice and attentive. The food is great, the care the provide to the residents is also great. Nothing negative to say about this community. I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a good home for their loved one.

The Bristal is great got my 95 year old father-in-law. He has his own space, but can also meet with other residents in the commin spaces. He also gets extra care because he does need help getting around.

My mom was very reluctant to move from her home to an assisted living. She is very happy there and we are happy with the fact she has friends and is eating three meals a day. The Bristal is a nice place and has activities everyday.

I liked the Bristal. When I am ready that is probably where he would go. I like the room and it seemed to have ample room for all the residents

Our experience with The Bristal has been a good one, overall. The staff is cooperative and easy to work with, and they've been a big help throughout the whole process. It took a bit for my loved one to get settled in, but now he really seems to be enjoying the place!

The facility is in great shape and well taken care of and very safe. As soon as we walked it, we felt like we were at home and we knew this was the place and we were right.

My loved one has only been at the Bristal Assisted Living facility for a short while now, but so far everything about the place seems good. I can not think of any improvements that need to be made at this time.

I like the staff. They are very good and kind and nice people. The activities could improve for the dementia patients, they need a wide variety of them. I am very happy and pleased with the care they provide.

My mother lives at the Bristal White Plains and I wanted to take the time to share my/her positive experiences. The staff could not be better. Everyone is friendly and professional. They really take good care of her...from the wait staff in the dining room, to the front desk, to the nurses, to the director, everyone is kind and takes the time to stop and make sure things are going smoothly. The facility itself is extremely clean and new. Very happy with our experience this year.

My cousin was moved into Reflections in the summer of 2015. Betsy and her staff managed the difficult transition with grace and style. We had worked valiantly to keep her in her own home - alone - for several years. She had become angry, lonely and confused. We did not realize how much she was missing. A very social person, she is always glad to see us, but is quite settled and enjoying the company of the Reflections community. We expected safe and clean, and while we got that, we also got a big bonus: happy.

Difficult decision to ever move parents from their lifelong home. Monica assisted in every way to ease my parents' fears of transition. Care, forward planning, meals, cleanliness are exceptional. Peace of mind for all.

Unfortunately my loved one's stay at The Bristal Assisted Living only ended up being a short one, but during those few days the people here really did a fantastic job. They were so caring and so nurturing during a really tough time for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into senior care in the area.
