I am considering moving my mother here and after all the interaction with staff and the tour I am so excited for the move for my mom. It’s so quaint and homey feeling and I feel she will get the one on one she requires. The rooms look so updated and clean with good lighting. I was very impressed from start to finish with my experience

My mother lived at Farmington Square in Medford for two years. She was always well taken care of and would tell me how much she liked the employees that were taking care of her. I would stop in unannounced at all different times of the day. I was always welcomed in and was never disappointed or concerned about anything I saw while I was there. The staff in building D, where she lived, would call me anytime there was the slightest issue or concern. The staff even arranged a private room to celebrate her 100th birthday as she was unable to travel. When she went into the hospital just before she passed the nurses there all commented on how well she had been taken care of. I could not have asked for anything better for my mom. I would not hesitate in recommending that facility to anyone in need of memory care housing.

I was accompanying a friend, [name removed], to acquaint herself with what Pioneer Village had to offer. We were both highly impressed with the facility and with our hostess, [name removed]. Everything was in order, the hospitality genuine, the surroundings well maintained and attractive. The low rise buildings let in a lot of cheerful light. The residents seemed happy and hospitable and welcoming.

[name removed] and the other crew members from the kitchen are great workers. Always friendly and house warming. They are very professional in their work that they do day in and day out. I would feel comfortable recommending this place.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding of how things worked. The facility was a little too quiet for my mother-in- law.

We are so pleased with Farmington Square Memory Care and Assissted Living. The kindness, knowledge and compassion with which the property Director and Marketing Manager review your case, lead you through the process and work with your medical team to develop the patient's care plan...the dignity and respect by all staff at every turn restores your faith in your fellow human beings at the most trying times of your life!! I highly recommend you visit and tour Farmington Square before making your decision!

My good friend has been living here for just over a year. He hated the thought of moving into a senior community but he has gown to enjoy it. The care staff are a blessing. He is undergoing treatment for cancer currently and they make him very comfortable as well as keep him involved in their activities. The gentlemen who leads the activities and he is so caring and thoughtful. They are currently remodeling entire building, it is going to look very nice when it is done. I've had several meals at the village and the food is like restaurant food. Moving to the village was a large upgrade for my friend and it improved his quality of life. He was home alone for several years after loosing his wife. Lovely place.

This facility appears to be well maintained and managed. Very friendly and thoughtful and caring. Easy to get to from anywhere in the Reno/ Sparks area. This facility appears to be very secure and safe while providing a feeling of openness.

Our experience with Sweetbriar Villa has been positive from the very beginning. We look at several facilities before choosing Sweetbriar. It is a smaller facility, therefore we believe my father is getting more attention than he would in a larger facility. The building is clean and orderly, the food is good and servings plentiful, and the grounds are beautifully kept. Everyone we have come in contact with there has been friendly and extremely helpful. It is convenient for us since it is only a couple blocks from our home. We highly recommend this facility to anyone wishing a home-like environment for their loved one

The staff [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] are very accommodating and were very helpful explaining the steps to moving my father into his apartment. Can't thank them enough. They continually go out of the way to support all the little issues and questions I have.

The tour with the facility was really good. The living units were small and I do not think my loved one would have liked that, but I did like the set up. The staff were informative and open.

I would recommend this community. The staff are compassionate and care about my loved that is there.

The staff at AMC is wonderful. Once we got my Father in at AMC he started to thrive. Everyone there made me feel so much better about leaving him with them which is very hard to do when you live so far from your loved one.

My loved one is doing well here with excellent care. The community is good at communication day or night. My loved one is able to move freely within the memory care unit. They are getting mediation and medical care that they need. The caregivers know what each resident needs. It is a smaller community.

The level of care is excellent. The cleanliness of the complex is excellent. Their administrative services could leave a little to be desired as far as the billing. There's issues that have come up with billing, which they told me are related to a new software program they're using. But that's nothing that's insurmountable. I would just say be sure to monitor your bill. They were quick to resolve any issues when I pointed them out. The staff overall are very friendly and professional. This Covid thing has everything up in turmoil, so the ability to visit has been limited, but I'm sure that's going to improve. We had our loved one at a different place that cost more but did not do nearly as good a job, so I feel it's a good value at The Renaissance. It's exactly what we were looking for, and she's very happy here.

The community has lots of windows and there is a homey atmosphere, My loved one generally likes the staff and they are very caring. I would like to have better communication although it has gotten better. I would recommend this community to others and already have.

They have nice and caring people that work there, it is a very nice facility. The community is kept spotless clean, and given the feedback from our loved one they say the food is about a 3 out of 5. The only downside is they are just trying to find good people to work there, but its tough and they have had some turnover.

This has been an incredible place. I've told others to consider moving here, because the people are friendly, the food is good, the place is clean, and it feels secure. You're well taken care of here - in fact almost too much! Like every place else, Covid has had dramatic effects. We've had several small outbreaks, and both times they lost staff. They've struggled to maintain staff since then. There have been some bumps in the road, but overall it's been a very good experience.

From our first communication to move in day, this went great! [name removed] is wonderful to work with and helped us tremendously! The staff has been great and the nurses have gone out of their way to make sure we feel comfortable! Super happy!!!!
