Atria

I enjoy living at Atria. The staff have been friendly and helpful. I like the food and they keep the community clean. They offer some daily activities and I would recommend this community.

This was a nice tour for care. The staff was able to answer the questions. The community was not what we were looking for. We wanted a county atmosphere and not a building. They do have a nice variety of meals that would have been offered. I recommend that families tour this community for the care and the value of a loved one.

This facility overall is a nice place with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. They have a great memory care unit where the staff try there best to keep my mom engaged and involved in the many activities throughout the day. The transition just has not been the easiest on anyone so I am hoping that in time things get easier.

I toured this community. I liked the food and it was a nice place. The thing I disliked was it was surrounded by asphalt and there wasn't much nature on the property. The wasn't a view like other communities in the area.

We considered this community when looking for my mother-in-law. The reason we did not chose it is the cost. It is extremely expensive compared to other communities, almost double the cost. They did email to let me know that the price was negotiable but it didn't seem to be feasible for us. They also didn't lock their doors throughout the building and we were looking for something safer.

Mom is adjusting well to living at Atria. The staff are incredible and go above and beyond. Mom is starting to participate in some of the daily activities. They offer transportation. The food is ok and I like that she has to go to the dining room to get her meals. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

Mom is doing great. The level of care is appropriate and the staff are friendly and responsive to her. The meals are good to eat. The community allows pets and they maintain the property well, it is very clean. I would recommend this community to others.

I am pleased with how everything has been going so far for my mother at this community!! There is always room for improvement and accommodations to be made like the organization of the staffing especially. The thing I am most impressed with at this facility is the quality of food they serve. My mother is a very picky eater and has been loving the food, so that says a lot.

My mother is doing okay since her move in, She is requiring a lot more help and so far, they are able to give it to her. I am pleased and I would recommend them to anyone looking.

My husband had already paid the deposit when Atria said they could not take care of my mother in law because they could not manage her oxygen needs. Also, they kept the community fee when we decided to go elsewhere for that reason. I think it would be a good fit for someone who has little to no needs, but for someone who needs more care, it is not the best choice.

The move to Atria Del Sol was overall a good experience but there were some bumps in the road. 3 days after my loved one moved in we were told that if he did not improve, they would not be able to keep him there without extra help so we had to hire an outside company. I feel that they should have told us that would be the case prior to making such a big move.

Everything is working out very well for my mother here at Atria. They are taking very good care of her, and her needs. It has been a very good experience, and I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. They even offer adult day services, which my mother enjoys going to. This community has worked out very well for us, but it isn't cheap.

Since my move into the Atria Campa Del Sol, I feel like it has been a good fit for me. The community is clean and all of the staff are very nice to me. The food that is provided is good and has good taste. I am happy with my choice so far.

My husband entered Memory Care at Atria 5 weeks ago. He settled in nicely. With little exception he is positive about his time there. I picked Atria because the layout of the facility was light and bright, it was close to home, the outside space was inviting and the single rooms were warm and sizable. The management at Atria is caring and attentive to the families. Every contact with the care staff that I have seen has been positive. I have only two areas of concern, and management has shown attentiveness to my comments. The activities in Memory Care needs a complete revamping. Activities are too juvenile and sometimes demeaning. And the common space for 39 residents feels cramped when most residents are out and about. I expect that these areas will get attention since new management personnel has been put in place within the last month. Overall I am as satisfied as I can be considering the circumstances. Certainly placing my husband has been the most difficult time in my life.

My father moved here recently and he's adjusting well. He's getting involved in the activities and he really likes the food!We chose Atria Glen Clove because we liked the size and it wasn't far from where his house used to be.They could improve by having more staff on hand. There are also a lot of a la carte expenses as well. It is more expensive but I would recommend them.

The Atria Bell Court Gardens was a beautiful community but it was priced higher than what we were looking for. It was not a good match for my parents.

Gorgeous facility, very nice and welcoming atmosphere. The woman I met with was very kind and they gave me an apple pie when I left. The apartments were nice. I felt it was secure, which is important. The grounds were pretty too.

My mother moved here recently and likes it so far. The staff is friendly and tries to get her involved in activities but she is still getting comfortable. The one thing she doesn't like is the food. She wishes they had more options and she enjoys pasta but they don't serve it very often. We chose this community because of the location, reputation and we felt it had an overall good feel.

This looked like a clean nice community when I visited. The staff I met were nice and friendly. This community was just a little farther away than we were looking for.

This is a nice community and we almost moved dad into it. The people we met were nice and knowledgable They were upfront with us and let us know they did not think they could handle some of his medical issues.
