Atria

So far it's only been about a month, and it's just a matter of getting adjusted. I got what I wanted, which was a ground floor room. I like the location it's pretty quiet, and I like the room, it's very nice.

We went by Atria, and it was probably one of the nicest properties but it just seemed like the people there were kind of going about their business and not as happy as the residents at other places that we toured. They seemed to be a little more reserved.

This was a nice community when mom stayed here. They provided transportation to church on Sundays. The staff were nice and the community is kept clean. The food was good and I would recommend this community. Mom moved to be closer to family.

Everything is going well for my aunt who lives here. I have talked with my uncle and as far as I can tell, they are pleased with all the staff do here. I have not heard them complain and they are happy with the community. It is more closer for my uncle and the reason he picked them.

When I toured Atria Hillsdale, I liked it a lot but there was no place to make a cup of coffee in the morning. The apartment set up was a bedroom, living room and 2 bathrooms. I needed a little bit of kitchen. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, but it was not what I was looking for.

My aunt is still in the process of transitioning. The staff are accommodating and getting her comfortable for a good adjustment. She's eating the meals and the feedback I get is that she enjoys the activities. She is participating in the morning exercise and art class. I thought this was better and more convenient for me to visit her.

This is a nice community, and my mother is doing very well with her move here. I'am very pleased with all they have done for us. I know she safe, and in good hands. They have good staff. They are very kind, and helpful. She thinks everyone is very kind. She has tired some of the activities they offer. I would recommend this community, it is working out well for us.

My love did an I toured Mission Hills when looking for a place for her. Mission Hills was a nice facility with very friendly staff. The place was clean and in good shape, we had a very good tour.

When my friend was looking for a place, we toured Atria Hacienda. It was a good tour, the people there were very friendly. The facility itself was clean and maintained well.

Everything is great at this community. We have no complaints about it. My mother is receiving good care, and we are pleased. The staff is good, they are helpful, and kind. She is in good hands at this community, and I would recommend it.

My sister and I toured many communities with one being Atria Park of Glen Ellyn. The facility was clean and maintained well. The tour guide answered our questions and was friendly, but we found another community that for my mother's needs best.

My mother has recently moved into this community and so far she is loving it and has had no complaints. I like that the facility is always very clean every time, its a very relaxing atmosphere. She has really enjoyed the meals as well as the dinning experience with the other residents. I am hoping she will get more involved with the activities shortly. I defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

Atria was a good tour, it was fine its just that my brother in law wanted to stay on the east side of town and Atria was more midtown. Also, they had rooms that were specifically for things instead of being an open concept with a more homey feel. Other than that, the place was beautiful, but it was not what we were looking for.

Felt very welcomed -- staff and residents went out of their way to welcome us. Older buildings ('70's construction) kept clean and orderly. Food was quite good -- menu similar to ours (currently). Common areas were functional; but not very inviting. Various levels of care and medication management available; not required.

In addition, I toured Atria Tamalpais Creek. I would not say my tour was 5 stars, there were certain things about this facility that made it not work out for my loved one. The tour guide that took me around was welcoming and informative, it was just not the best choice for us.

My loved one's stay at Atria is going great! We found that this facility was the best choice for my loved one because it catered to her individual needs and requests. The facility is clean and my loved one's apartment is gorgeous! There are also a wide range of interesting activities for my loved one to participate in, which was definitely a plus. My main concern is the fact that the staff do not respond to resident concerns in a timely manner and things aren't happening on time. I have also found that there were not enough follow ups with our family, as far as updates with my loved one.

Atria was a beautiful assisted living environment and [Removed] was extremely helpful. Although I was also impressed with the clean environment of the memory care unit, I have since learned that it is not an "age in place" facility. When it is time for Mom to be in a group care facility it will need to be a place where she can remain the rest of her life.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. All of the staff where very friendly and welcomed my loved one and I into there facility with open arms. I thought they had a nice floor plan that was easy to navigate through with lots of great amenities to offer all of the residents. i would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

They had a great floor plan that was east for my loved one to navigate through with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. Overall it was more of a location issue for my my family and I.

[Removed] was wonderful. The supervisory level is more indecent then mom. No touching. Can help load walker but can not assist mom. If she staggers no assisting.
