Valley Spring Memory Care

I was what you would consider a "walk in" as I made no prior appointment. I was expecting to just pick up some brochures and get some estimates on pricing. Instead, I was greeted in the lobby by a receptionist and referred to the sales office. [name removed]was really nice and offered answers to any of my inquiries. I was given a tour through one of the communities. The caregivers and other staff were polite and courteous. What I observed was just a normal day day there. I'm not sure what I was expecting when I walked in, but I left feeling I could bring my parents here when needed.

Recently visited my Grandma at Valley Spring and was very impressed with the care staff and their attentiveness while I was there. They really take the time with all their residents. I’m glad my Grandma is local too so I don’t have travel far and I can visit her frequently. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones

When I went to the facility to visit a friend it didn’t feel like a facility it gave me a home like feeling. The staff is very respectful and patient to all the residents and including myself as a visitor. The upper management was very friendly and caring. I recommend this facility for your love ones that have dementia and need a little more care.

This community is clean and cozy! It always feels welcoming and inviting. The food is delicious as I had lunch with a friend who lives at this community. Very clean environment, and all of the people that live there look happy. The staff welcomed me and were attentive.

In all of my 18 months of experience at Valley Spring I have observed them to be very caring and attentive with all of the residents. The food quality and quantities are more than sufficient. The staff is very open and social and seem to have the best interests in mind of all residents, their families, and visitors.

This facility is very family oriented love the staff and amazing med techs my loved one feels like he is home love the activities they provide the food is great and love that I can visit whenever we can.

This is a very local place and very amazing place for a loved one . I have never seen such an amazing caring staff . They care for the residents as if they were family members. I love the activities that take place in the morning as well.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Valley Spring Memory Care. The community is so welcoming and attractive. There is ample space for the Residents to enjoy and their apartments are well appointed. This community has a full- time nurse on staff. That is something special for memory care community in California as nurses are not required to be on site. I enjoyed lunch during my visit and the care staff where friendly.

I'm an outside vendor and have frequent stops at Valley Spring Memory Care. It always amazes me (on different days, shifts and staff) how happy everyone is and how engaged the care staff is with their residents. This community really stands out for the warmth it shows. I've been to lots of different places and this place always makes an impression on me. If you need a memory care community, this is the place!

So far everything with the Valley Spring Memory Care community has been wonderful. Based on the experience our family has had so far, we have already recommended this community to other families and we will continue to do so.

For the most part it has been a very pleasant place, I feel secure when I leave my husband each day knowing they will care for him. The workers are helpful and very pleasant, questions are answered promptly.
