I've been pleased overall. They had a lot of damage over the winter and many of the amenities were unavailable. No price cut was given and it took a long time to get things back on track! Some of the help is not always patient which is unkind-especially for what they charge!

The staff, programming, and care have improved since my step-mom has lived there. It seems more like a community now. Also more dependability if services. PT is excellent! Based on the experience we have had, I would recommend this community to other families.

Know the layout. If a former hotel layout isn't your vibe, request to have those removed from your search queue. Verify wifi, A/C, bathroom fans, ice maker, oven vent/fan/light works in your place before you sign anything. Attend events to see if they'll satisfy your loved one's interests, network with other attendees. Ask other guests how long service calls take to get addressed, completed. Try the food before moving in, see what/how service staff operates. Verify all door locks work and check windows to make sure they open & lock Ask about trash services. Look at how places schedule activities, events, meals, trash collection. Are pet walking services available and ask guests how well the facility completes these services?

The carpet in the dining room and in front of some resident doors is stained. Most of the staff is very friendly and very good with my mom. She complains almost every day about the food. It seems they overcook a lot of things, to the point where she can't cut it. Honestly, she would probably like it there if the food was better. Sometimes she won't even go down for dinner because she knows it won't be good. FYI, even the staff doesn't care for the food. She doesn't participate a lot in activities. She does enjoy the Sunday service, and she usually goes to Bingo. It's hard to evaluate the value for cost since I really haven't checked pricing elsewhere. We do love that it is located away from other businesses and feels a little more secluded.

What I like most about this community is the activities they have for us residents here as well as the food that is prepared. Based on the experience so far, I would recommend The Montvale Senior Living community to other families.

They gave a very good and thorough tour of the memory care center. The staff plan many activities during the day which is what we had hoped for. you can visit anytime! Staff are very kind to patients.

Staff is very un friendly. Food is low quality. Portions are small. Just because they are seniors doesn't mean they have to watch their weight. Some still have their teeth. Some of the services that were offered have not been provided.

There were some challenging times throughout my father's stay there, but they got ironed out for the most part. The majority of the community was very clean but there was an issue with bugs in the ventilation system that were not able to be completely remediated. The staff was always very friendly. There were still questions about the amount of care my father needed versus what he was billed for. The rehab care was very good and has helped my father's health improve. Some of the staff was extremely helpful and very nice but the quality of the food was lacking. It was very greasy and led to many residents not wanting to eat very much. There was an active calendar with common activities that the residents enjoyed but I'm not overly sure about activities away from the community. There are al lot of positives about the community with location, friendliness of staff being up there but wish that there were more opportunities to have reassessments of the care needed aside from the every 6 month. My specific situation was that my father's health improved based upon just the overall time from being released from a hospital and the costs high from that. They do explain the timing in the lease agreement, so that is not a surprise, but something I wish was changed. Generally speaking, it is a very nice place to be with above average care and facilities.

I would tell my friend that The Princeton is a nice facility and the staff is friendly and easy to work with.

Care staff wonderful, administrative personnel are not as communicative as they should be. Beautiful facility. I would recommend.

Overall excellent experience. Very friendly and caring! The staff is very responsive to needs and any concerns. I would highly recommend the Summit for the care of your loved ones. My wife has greatly improved under their care!

Overall - I think that The Parkway Senior Living is a nice place for a loved one.

Crestone is very new and they are still trying to fill out their staff and complete construction. They are doing well moving forward even with the challenges of opening a new facility. When they are fully staffed, I believe they will be a high quality senior living community.

They all seem pleasant and helpful snd try to accommodate your suggestions. However they have to report to their boss too. My mom has recommended to others and a few have moved in. I think this place struggles like all others with retention of employees. It's hard to see someone go that they really like just to start back over again. Food service struggles with employees so the service takes a bit to get served. But the food quality is normally pretty good.

They need more staff. Current staff is overworked. With these improvements I would recommend this community to other families

I believe that this is a special place to live. It is still small enough to have that feeling of community.

Overall the facility is very nice, it's a newer building, clean and well kept. The food is good, the staff is friendly. But they won't try to persuade a resident who needs assistance to take it and they don't communicate enough with the resident's family, at least in the case of my mother, who has dementia.

Generally fine. Some operational and staffing management issues and responses to requests have taken more than a single report or request. Then finally addressed. Management fine but trickle down actions slow. Facilities excellent. Restaurant service outstanding. Wellness care generally above average.responsive Management open to listen and quickly pass along concerns.
