We felt my mother was very well taken care of. The ladies that looked after her were nothing short of amazing. The facility was pretty and clean. Very much appreciated all that was done for her in her 2 years.

I have had a very pleasant experience since I first contacted Brookview Meadows, to living here. for the past few months. I made a good choice.

The marketing Lady very nice to work with, getting a a tour, answering all questions. No fluff-honest The Administrator excellent in setting up the Villas pricing, payment method and services for the Villa's. The maintanance staff including Housekeeping · Very efficient, Nice people

The one thing you didn't ask about that I thought was outstanding is the communication with the facility. Their communication was superior to just read anything I've ever seen. They were wonderful.

communication was a factor in not getting a 5. It was difficult to get a hold of key managers at times. Information didnt flow well from admin to the care staff. Not sure if it was circumstantial or a regular issue. Eventually we all seemed to get on the same chapter if not the same page. nicely maintained; Dads room was cleaned regularly Everyone was friendly even when clearly stressed or busy Everyone was attentive and did their best to keep Dad comfortable and happy. The primary care takers were amazing and seemed to genuinely care about all the residents. All the residents seem to enjoy their meals and snacks. It appeared to be healthy and plentiful. in the memory care unit, the residents have opportunities to participate in activities downstairs if appropriate for their condition. There were puzzles, books and games avail. Cottonwood Village was as affordable as other places that were more run down and clearly even more short-staffed. My only complaint was that it took an extraordinary amount of time to receive our moveout refund when my dad passed away. I couldn't close out his estate until the final refund was issued and there was no way to contact the corporate office to check the status. Despite some communication issues, I would highly recommend Cottonwood Village to anyone seeking a safe and kind place for their loved one.

Absolutely love the place. It is very clean. It is very pretty. The quality of care is excellent. The food is excellent and they have tons of wonderful activities for everyone. This place has saved my mom's life. [name removed] is absolutely wonderful to work with as well as [name removed].

Had a very informative tour of Heritage. There are so many choices for rooms, activity. and groups. Very bright, natural light,

[name removed] provided us with honest communication and a nicely paced thorough tour. They put my parent at ease with their difficult decision to move to senior housing.

I highly recommend them to all who would need their services. [names removed] in management were outstanding in helping,with the transfer, & even caringfollowed up ,by phone, to check if they could help me, and how my husband was doing.

Activities were good she just didn't participate. I would like to recognize a lady by the name of [name removed] she was very special to my mom.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Waterford at Colby and the experience at this facility has been great, so far. The staff is very friendly and always ready to answer any questions that we have. The cleanliness, care services, meals and activities are great. I would recommend The Waterford at Colby to others.

I moved into Willow Grove a month ago and have been extremely pleased with this senior living center. The administration and all of the staff members are kind, caring, helpful and attentive people. The residents are happy too which says a lot about a place. It has been hard for me to find things that I am happy with, but this place makes me happy. My family and friends that come here are very pleased too. This is a community I would recommend. These people are like a family and treat me and all of my family/friends like family. Willow Grove is definitely a place you should consider. I firmly believe anyone would be happy at this center.

Spacious and clean locked memory care unit where your loved one is truly safe if they tend to wander. There are activity stations for exploration and ample restrooms for easy access for those with dementia, and food and snacks are offered often. The staff is professional, caring and attentive. There is a nice, enclosed outdoor area right off of the dining room for residents. The house doctors are there every week and the in-house pharmacy is organized well by the nurses; these services are very helpful for working families of the residents.
