I can answer a 5 to all. I love this place. Just what I needed. Apartment is good size. Have room for all my own furniture I wanted to bring. With plenty of room to move around. Lots of amenities which I have not done yet. Still trying to get settled. Put things in places then change my mind. It all takes time.

I only moved my brother in a few days ago but so far so good! It gives me a great sense of relief knowing that he is getting 3 healthy meals a day & has people to socialize with! I am seeing a positive change from him living on his own! My husband & I had a meal there! I only had a sandwich but my husband loved his fish! My brother is pleased with his new situation!

I been here 1 week & 2 days. Staff/resident are so polite and helpful to make sure I get acquainted with the community! There was a town hall meeting today where we all had the opportunity to discuss neg/pos things of the community. New residents sit at the “ big dinner table “ during meal time with an ambassador who will converse with lots of interesting information.A menu is placed on the table each day to cover that day’s choices. Since the breakfast/lunch/dinner has its own scheduled time it allows the CHEF and staff to prepare a HOT meal. The waiters are very efficient ,polite and helpful! Some of the items furnished in the residence plan are toilet paper/towels/sheets/ trash bags. housekeeping 1x weekly. There are numerous activities to participate in. Church service every Sunday and bible study weekly.transportation to Dr appointments and other places covered A full beauty shop in building. Pets are allowed with a doggie park for a reasonable fee. Hi. I have been here 4 years [date removed]. Love the residents and staff here. Staff professional efficient and effective Always there ready to help. Estates bus is awesome. Takes u 2 your medical appointment and pick up. Weekly outings plus necessary runs to bank etc. all well coordinated by knowledgeable driver. Dining great get together to meet and eat. I have no problem with menu choices always offer alternatives. Activities coffee chat good idea for bringing residents together. Best part your own choice of whatever you wish. Independent living at its best best location and best part if you need extra help the estates encourages allows personal in care resources even brings in different personal care organisations for u 2 choose from. Best move I have made coming here.

Birch Heights gets all 5 stars! We have been very pleased with the experience. I have heard nothing but great things about the place and the employees from my loved one. I would definitely recommend this facility to those looking for independent living.

I did not stay at Colonial Village because the rooms were too small for me; I decided to keep my home for now. The staff were very friendly and helpful as were the clients. The food was tasty and it was presented well on the plate. In addition, if a visitor stays for lunch, they have an Ambassador who will tell him or her about life at Colonial Village and all the things one can do. The Ambassador, [name removed] I think her name is, is a wonderful representative for Colonial and she helps to make people to want to live there. The facility was very clean, the outside was well-tended to, and the hallway rugs were clean. BTW, for serving lunch, there were enough staff to attend to all the diners so that no one had to wait if something was desired. Colonial Village was the first senior residential compound I visited so I had nothing to compare it with. The residents said the prices were in line, so I guess they were for all the amenities that were offered. I wanted a 2-bedroom setup which was available immediately but as I stated earlier, the rooms are just too small for me for me to want to want live to live there! Because the building is older and the hallways are narrow, knowing in advance that Colonial is not a brand new facility won't be a disappointment when they see it. You should mention pets are welcome which is a Huge plus! A new client should know Colonial is off the freeways but noise is not a problem.

Our tour of the facility was positive, and when we needed a place unexpectedly, there was room available. I would recommend. I wish I could afford to live in an Atria facility.

My loved one is a resident at Holiday Durham Regent. The staff are friendly and keep me posted. Everything has been great so far! I would recommend this facility to others.

Everything was a 5 except for housekeeping. From [date removed] housekeeping did not come in. Staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. We enjoyed getting to know them.

The facilities are old, but they are in the process of remodeling. The new chef is fantastic and has changed up the entire menu and it's so much better. The staff is seriously incredible! They have everything that my mom needs and it's so comforting knowing that she's in amazing hands.

All of the staff at Birch Heights were wonderful and patient. Sometimes the cleaning ladies did not show and there were no substitutes Overall I would recommend this facility to others.

It is a well-run facility where everything is to a schedule. For the people there, they seemed acclimated to it. For my wife and I, we were not ready for that lifestyle. We were setting up for my sister. We picked the Atrium in Gainesville because it was close to my son and his family.

I absolutely love living here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The residents are friendly and look out for each other. The food is delicious (most of the time). The transportation bus is right on time and drivers are friendly and helpful. I would recommend Holiday Colonial Village to anyone interested in living in an independent living facility.

For all categories, I give them a 10!! Any person considering such a move needs to realize that nothing is perfect. At Rock Creek the staff works hard to make it as close to perfect as they can. They are friendly and genuinely helpful.

Everyone is friendly and professional. The apartment sizes and amenities offered here are great! I highly recommend Monarch Estates for independent living.

I am currently a resident at Holiday Lake Shore Commons and everything has been great. I have no complaints.

Its only been a few weeks and haven't had a lot of interaction with staff and they are short on cleaning staff, so not sure how its going to be. Its a unique facility that allows loved one to maintain some independence while providing meals and basic cleaning. I like that there are choices for meals and like the daily activities that are available.

A Place for Mom, did an excellent job setting us up with the right facilities for mom to view all within 4 - 5 Miles from one another. However, Château at Harveston is the top of the line, from the onsite staff, to the beautiful facility, building esthetics, and steps to the Lake. More importantly there are many activities for the seniors to play and or simply rest at their leisure in the afternoons. If you are looking for a place for your parents to assist them in living out their best lives, set up your visit today. You will be happy that you did.

Everybody is very courteous and respectful of every everybody and they look out for everybody, all in a good way. They've been great. I would recommend this facility to others.

A Place for Mom arranged for me to call a certain company about veteran services. It was for Americans and not Canadians. So I would recommend in the future recommending the proper organization for the country the resident lives in and served for.Other than that A Place for Mom was very helpful to us during a difficult time and I am very grateful for that.
