I've Already recommended.. Great place to Live.

My dad loves it there. He loves the staff the most. The rooms are small. The meals are good.

From setting up the appointment to tour the unit, to signing the lease, to move in day, the process was so easy. [name removed], the sales manager, is wonderful! The apartment is adorable, and the community of residents are welcoming and helpful. This is an independent senior apartment, not assisted living. However, residents may take advantage of dining services, OT/PT, and entertainment available to the residents of the attached assisted living and Skilled Nursing facilities.

From the start August home has been a blessing for my family. They have ensured my mom’s needs are met, and have gone above and beyond to make this place feel like a home. They have adjusted her meds and she has been feeling healthier and they keep her busy with fun activities daily. I wish we had found this place sooner.

I was looking for a place for my brother in law. I had call a number of places with no success, every where I called he was either placed on a wait list or didn't have enough income coming in. I prayed and asked God to please help me to find a place for him. One day I was watching television and the commercial came on for A place for Mom I called and spoke to the lady and I apologize I can't remember her name but she was the one that found August health for him.I would highly recommend this place. Very nice and clean and pricing is reasonable.

What we liked the most about August Health Care at Richmond is the east of process, that won us over. It was not stressful at all. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones!!!

Excellent environment. Caring staff and priced to afford. Shout out to [names removed] and all others who have shown my father real compassion. The facility is clean and quiet. Cafeteria staff with [name removed] leading the way is incredible

My dad is a veteran and there of course is a bit of a push to use their in house providers but said they understood and that they another vet at the facility as well so contacting the V.A. Was not new but there has been some hiccups and now even though they call his medication refills. They are mailed to me and I deliver them to the facility but the problem is I work full time and have a family and appointments myself so sometimes I can't get those medications to them the next day as I live an hour away. But overall pleased with facility and would recommend.
