I go there to visit almost every day during dinner time. The staff and everybody there is really friendly to the residents. They take the time to listen. I've eaten the food a couple of times, and it's pretty good. The facility is clean. It seems like they truly care.

We have only been here for a few months, so far the experience has been very good. They do a pretty good job on their weekly housecleaning, I think. Everyone is very friendly. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Food is not how I am used to and will take awhile for me to gain a taste for it. Seems to be out of a lot of things and not cooked completely....maybe just me. They have plenty of things going on to keep you busy if you want to engage with them. Also different entertainment from the outside. I feel it is a little expensive and I may have to revisit it at the end of the year if they increase as much as the rumor is going around. Again, we've only been here for a few months. We are not unhappy, just trying to adjust to a totally different life style. The management and staff have been excellent.

I am exceedingly pleased with my experience here at Coterie senior living. I underwent two complicated surgeries in 2022 and required extensive care. As a career woman most of my life (a PhD psychologist and MD surgeon), I found adapting to dependency very challenging. But the quality of care available here made it far easier. Coterie has managed to hire very competent and caring staff at all levels, despite the post-pandemic paucity of candidates. The care giver staff provide warm, respectful and individualized care. The directors, particularly the top Directors, put the best interests of the residents at the forefront of their decision making. I find this unusual for a for-profit entity. There is much opportunity for open communication between management and residents, which facilitates accommodation to individual concerns. Fine food is served by kind, considerate dining staff. Coterie also provides a rich cultural environment and community to enjoy. I love it here. Just do it!

The person in head of sales NM I want to commend. She is trustworthy and honest. Whatever she saids you can depend on it, from the rooms, the food , the care, and the price. She knows her job and how to communicate with you. She is caring and we needed her to be up on her game and she was. She introduced us to the entire staff and gave us food at our first meeting. She explained the transition and what each staff memeber does. There were no bumps in the road everything was smooth. The plan was made with whom my mom would meet regarding others residents. NM was a tremendous help, at a time we really needed her.

After experiencing having to rush our mother to the hospital her world changed. Along with her, we decided it was time to move her from her home and into an assisted living community. She need to be near medical resources and around people her age, with her life's experiences and in a community that cares, caters to her needs and one that gives her the best opportunity for a quality of life. All of these thing we just can't provide her at home any longer. We toured 4 communities and then walked in the front doors of Atria. We all immediately knew this was the place! Atria is clean and full of smiles. The tenant were all around, being social and active. Many were in the dinning room and told me that the food was excellent, its much more like a restaurant then a dinning room. Since moving our mother to the Atria community she's like a new person, she's full of life and hope. She's enjoying her new home at Atria and for us the staff makes it much more enjoyable for all of us as well.

The entire experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The staff, the customer service, the communication, the support, everything is top notch. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, look no further.

There were just a few issues that we had with them - but overall it was a great facility. Communication was the biggest problem that we had. She said there were lots of activities provided, but sometimes no one was there to run them She absolutely loved the food. The value for the money for what she got was great. I would strongly recommend Atria Collwood, [name removed] and her staff are awesome. If she had to go back to an assisted living facility, this is where we would go.

The staff are very responsive and helpful. They seem to go out of their way. One of the directors even picked our family member up from rehab to bring her back to the facility when we weren't available to do so. They also have plenty of options for activities.

It's a great place. My loved one loved the food. They have flyers, with tons of activities. We picked this community, becasue it was clean, organized, and they have friendly staff. Overall, it's good value for the money. It's a pleasant enviroment, when you walk in. My loved one is happy here. I would recommend to other families.

Coterie Cathedral Hill is all about the people: while the focus is 100% on the residents, it's hard to believe the teams could be so successful without the care and attention provided to them by their leadership. [name removed] is one example of a leader who has undertaken intense and emotionally charged challenge of leading the Memory Care floor. In her role, she has demonstrated an exceptional willingness to serve. Together with [name removed] and [name removed], [name removed] has quickly learned to navigate the stresses from a wide range of memory care issues, not the least of which is working positively with family members, like me.

Atria is a clean environment with caring staff. I've observed many elderly ones thrive living here as a pervious employee. With the leadership of [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] you can be confident your family member will be getting quality care.

This place is highly recommended. Very attentive care staff. I also like to mention that I appreciate RSD Nurse [name removed]. She’s very approachable and you can see how she cares for the residents and knowledgeable as well.

I met with [name removed] at Atria Evergreen Valley and then toured the facility with her. I was extremely impressed with all of the information and materials she shared with me, especially the cost-planning tools. Every staff member I met was exceptionally nice and professional and seemed to truly like and care about his or her job. Residents I saw seemed happy and well cared for, and the array of activities for the residents was impressive. Overall, it was a warm and caring environment.

The tour was really nice and informative. The space was incredible. I really enjoyed receiving the information without feeling pressured to buy into something. The residents here have so many activities they can participate in and I felt a great sense of community being here.

My Mom loved her stay here. The meal quality was inconsistent. Everything was great during my mom's stay! I would recommend the community to family and friends. My mom already has plans to come visit her friends and staff when she moves down here.

I just wanted to come here to thank the Atria and there entire staff for everything they did for my Mom during her stay. My mom was unable to live independently having taken a bad fall. I came to them in a panic since my mom was being released from rehab and wasn’t ready to return home. I wish she could have stayed longer but we will consider coming back to the atria should she consider moving to Queens. Thank you again to [name removed] and their entire team.

Our family had an in person tour with Atria Park of Vintage Hills and with everything we saw on the tour and the different staff we met with, it was a great experience. It really looked like a beautiful facility
