My mother has not moved in yet so some of the ratings do not apply. Atria seems like it will be a good fir and experience.

From start to finish, the team was fast and ready to help move my uncle out of rehab. We were paying privately up to our ears at the rehab and finally found Atria Kew Gardens. First initial impression is that you are walking into a beautiful apartment building. We needed a place that provides car service and they built that into the amenities which has been lovely for him to be able to get dialysis three times a week outside the community. The staff is just so accommodating and we felt it was the right move for him. He has now lived there for 6 months and we could not be happier.

5! What we like the most about Atria El Camino is the people, the food, and the activities. My father in law is very happy.

From the time I arrived approximately 5 weeks ago everyone in this facility from the administration to the staff to the residents, have been very pleasant and willing to help. The wait staff makes an effort to remember our names and particularly our walkers. The food is excellent and the variety is incredible. I'm not used to eating so many full meals and sometimes I have to refrain myself from sitting down and skipping a meal. I have been participating in quite a few of the activities. They're lots of fun and gives a chance to meet new people. I even found a poker game twice a week. Thank you all for making me feel welcome

My mom has been in the life guidance center for a month now. We couldn’t be happier with the care and assistance she receives. Every single Atria employee has been compassionate and attentive to all of her needs. I am so grateful to the staff and so happy that we chose Atria.

Atria Hacienda, Palm Desert, has greatly enhanced the quality of my life. I want to share life here. As an Atria Hacienda resident for over a year, I have enjoyed a nice apartment, excellent food, weekly outings, and skilled staff. This senior community sets a standard for others to follow. When the new Senior Executive Director took over, things changed. She focused first on hiring additional exceptional staff. She started a program where she meets with residents once a week, Monday mornings, to chat informally about any issues or problems, upcoming activities and improvements, and generally connecting with residents. On Thursdays, she joins residents for lunch in The Grille for relaxed chat. As a result, the connection between management and residents is strong. July 4th is a good example. The Engage Life Director brought patriotism to us with morning activities, a special holiday luncheon, a musical program in the afternoon, and an evening get-together with pizza, drinks, and games.

I can’t say enough positive things about Atria Carrollton! You are always greeted with a smile and helped immediately. They remember who you are and make you feel like one of the family. That positive attitude is also reflected in the residents!!!

My mom is 89 years old and starting to decline. She has been living at Atria for approximately 3 months now. The staff welcomed her and made her feel welcomed. My mother loves to be around people and play games and do crafts. One of her favorite places to sit is out on the front porch.where she can watch people come and go and engage in a conversation. Both my bother and I have eaten a meal at Atria and it was very good. Her room is a perfect size for her. Atria is a bright and cherrie place to live, I would truly recommend it.

Everything was great at Atria. Unfortunately my father had two strokes within 2 months staying there and need more personal care than what Atria could offer and my Mother wanted to be closer to my father at the Facility we moved him to. My brother and sister really liked that our parents stayed at Atria for four months but my Mom thought it was too expensive which the children didn't think the price was unreasonable everything provided. Senior living for parents- highly recommended. Safe , spacious living accommodations, daily activities, friendly staff and excellent meals- four to five stars.

Atria Newport Plaza has been home to my mother for the past two years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care she receives there. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always doing their best to ensure she gets the care her doctors recommend, even when things get complicated. Despite her memory issues, which can cause her to repeat herself, the staff have shown remarkable patience and kindness. They also make an effort to involve her in activities that are appropriate for her, which she really enjoys. She especially loves Beach Ball Fun, the crafts, and the live musical performances. As someone who is pre-diabetic, her diet needs to be monitored, and Atria’s staff have been attentive to keeping her sugar intake in check. Most importantly, she has made friends with other residents and is happiest when she’s socializing. I truly appreciate the genuine care and attention the staff provide for her well-being.

The staff are kind and caring and very attentive. Areas for improvement on the food and activities - Fewer sauces, more variety in spicing. More cultural activities - maybe lectures with slideshows

Mom is really enjoying her days at Atria Willow Glen - she is playing bingo, going to the nightly movie, enjoys the fitness class right after breakfast, has gained a few pounds with all the meals and desserts (!), but especially enjoys the outings/field trips and lectures. She’s been to Japantown, Marine Mammal Rescue Center, John Steinbeck museum and a silent movie museum, as well as an Art Festival and other museums. Of course, she misses her old life, but she is making new friends and they are keeping her very busy which helps prevent boredom! She loves the neighborhood and all the trees and hummingbirds she can watch from her patio.

Decor feels like "home" and friendliness of staff feels like "family." Independence and respect are highly valued. My mother in law was always cared for and in good hands.

The staff is very professional and accessible. Residents are friendly and engaging. Most days are filled with activities between the residents.

They don't have everything on site like some of the other places and sometimes were a little slow to respond. Our experience with Atria exceeded our expectations. I would recommend it highly.

Helpful, knowledgeable, charismatic, polite, and patience.

I love movies, music, I like the people here.

Atria Grand Oaks is a great place to retire my mom is happy and she will age in place. We love the staff and the other residents.
