Atria

My mom and I toured this facility today. They had some serious water damage during the recent storms so it was a bit hard to see all the facilities but the staff seemed very nice. It seems pretty dated, but with the repairs and construction going on, it is hard to tell what it will look like when it is completed. There appears to be a lot of activities scheduled, but we only saw a couple of residents the whole time we toured and they were outside on the patio. It just left me wondering a bit how much social interaction there actually was since no one was in any of the common areas.

I think everything has gone really well. The communicatio0n between the community and the Staff is very good I would recommend this community to others

I chose Atria because of the convenience of the location and I liked the look of it. I also had good recommendations from my friends as well. It was a good experience and I would recommend them.

I would recommend them, and have already told a friend about the community. The value for my loved one with the care they are receiving is excellent.

It's a good place, for someone who needs some help. We are able to have virtual visits. The staff is good. The staff is quick to respond to my questions.

From the times we have been able to visit and from what we have seen in the community it looks to be pretty clean. Unfortunately we are unable to rate the meals and dining and the activities specifically because of the covid restrictions.

From looking at the outside of the community and the lobby it seems to be pretty clean. From speaking with our loved one he says the food the serve is okay.

We chose Atria Collwood because my conversation with the director was very impressive, the location of the facility, and when you walk in it smelled clean. Out of the ones we looked at this was the best choice. She is in a studio and it is a little small for all of the things she has, but she has a back door leading out to a patio. Even through all the covid stuff, it has been a good experience and I am excited for her to be able to utilize all of the amenities. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.

The staff were always very friendly and helpful to answer my questions about my loved one. It was clean, neat, and well cared for the residents. There were times I felt they were understaffed.

Atria is a wonderful place, but their communication needs improvement. As far as letting the families know about our loved ones. I believe their have pressure and stress on them due to the pandemic. The community is open to feedback. I think the caregivers are pretty good. They have a beautiful community. Our loved one enjoys the food.

We chose Atria Palm Deseret because of the location of the facility. The room sizes here seem decent compared to others we looked at. My only complaint is billing has been confusing with all the extra charges and the billing cycle was off. Overall, it was a good experience and would recommend them. They were very helpful and I was happy from the response of the staff members.

We would recommend the Atria Seville community to others

Our major issues we have had is that they recently upped the price 10% which they state it is to to increasing in staff members, however that has not been noticeable to our loved one or other residents in the community.

Our loved one recently complained that they did not give him enough food portions during meal time, but from our understanding that has now been fixed and he seems to be enjoying the meals.

I have not been able to get the full experience of the facility but from what I've seen I would recommend the community to others

We like the whole setup of the community, our loved one has a nice apartment and we feel she is much safer there. We are very pleased that they are starting to give the residents their first and second rounds of the vaccine.

The staff members there would be a five plus, they were wonderful. I was also very impressed with the other members there. The meals they served would be a five plus, and i was also impressed with the activities they offered. One negative is i did not like the living quarters they showed me, it could use a little updating.

We would have to say that our loved one thought her care takers were really good, and she also thought her room was very nice. She thought the food was better when you were able to eat in the dining room instead of having the food be delivered. When they opened back up the dining room, they started rotating the residents so they could eat their lunch, she was much happier eating it there. To us, this meant under normal circumstances she would of really enjoyed the food. We do think the care she received was quite good, and once she learned how to use her help button on her wrist the staff was very responsive to her.

We chose Atria Plainview because my mother liked it best here, she thought it was the most cozy. The room sizes vary, she is in a 1 bedroom apartment and it is beautiful. She is on the corner so she gets lots of natural light. One thing she does complain about is the food, she finds most of it inedible and does not eat it so we have been providing most of her meals. The staff has been excellent and they go out of their way to make residents feel like family. I would recommend the facility if you can afford it.
