Overall, my family is pretty satisfied with our decision. They've been doing construction for the past 3 months and I know the upgrades will make it even better, but it's just a little hectic right now. Housekeeping is twice a week and they do a good job. The food is good quality, my wife is very happy with it. The staff has been there for a period of time and they're mostly happy there. I think that shows in the care that they give to the residents. I've recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

They have atentive staff. The food is very good. They are a bit slighly understaffed. Overall, I chose Atria West 86, because of the quality and geography.

Mom really likes it here. She enjoys the activities that they have provided, that has been her favorite part. They include the residents in suggestions for change and they have meetings that they will come up and get her for so we like that aspect. Unfortunately covid hit the building again so they are not doing activities and they are delivering meals at the moment. Overall the facility is very nice and welcoming and we would recommend Atria El Camino Gardens to others.

We love the Atria of Carrollton, we could not be happier with our loved ones being here. We feel like they are family, from the moment we walked in the door the residents were happy and the staff were happy. We could tell the relationship the staff have with the residents is authentic and it is nothing forced. We have been super pleased so far. There were a couple things in the beginning that we found frustrating but it was because we were complicated the situation and the staff worked with us throughout the entire process to resolved our questions. We have no complaints or concerns. The meals and dining service is amazing, our loved ones really love the food and the activities are extensive.

We've had no problems with them - it's been a very good experience. It's a great place to go. A number of activities are available. The staff are wonderful. The food there is excellent, which makes my mother very happy. The apartment is just a little on the small side, and we've been having trouble getting her phone service hooked up.

We like it very much here. The staff and community are very friendly and will go out of their way to help other residents. There are two meals a day that is provided, breakfast and dinner is included in the rent. The lunch is a la carte. The portion sizes are good, the meals are prepared well, and we are very satisfied with the dining room. The apartment has washer and dryer connections, and a full kitchen in the units.

It's a great facility with great staff. My dad loves it there. The residents are friendly. His place is awesome - it's nice and big. The food is at least decent. He's close to me. But the biggest thing is - he's happy there.

We went with Atria Sugar Land because it looked better than the others I saw and the location is the closest to home. They actually came to where my loved one was at and evaluated her and then picked us up and took us for the tour and my mom fell in love and asked when she could move in. It is a smaller facility with only about 64 rooms. I have recently heard some complaints about the food from her. She says that sometimes they don't have what they are putting on the menu, but she is picky. I would recommend to others.

I'm very happy here at Atria Soutpoint Walk. I especially like the people who live here.

I think Atria Park is super! It's very clean. The staff are fabulous and do an awesome job with the care. I get a phone call immediately if my family member isn't sleeping at night, or if they would like me to call the doctor. They seem to be on top of everything and keep me well informed, which I appreciate. Everybody knows everybody. I can walk in and not recognize the staff member myself, yet they know me and call me by name. It's a very friendly atmosphere. I like that you can get your hair done on site, with no extra effort. They have a podiatrist that comes in on site as well. They have constant activities going on and do very well with those. I love the atmosphere/setting - it looks like the Taj Mahal. It's just a great little place. And because they have a smaller group in the memory guidance center, they're able to give them more 1:1 attention and have enough people there to take care of everybody.

This community was nice and was in the line for one I really wanted for my loved one. However, my loved one went with another community that she felt worked better. From the expenses to what all was offered even down to the decor there was just another community that stuck out more.

Dad is doing very well so far at Atria Covina. The cost is reasonable, he said the food has been good, and they have been very responsive to me whenever I reach out. I would recommend the facility others, it is a little older and dated though, so if fancy décor is what you are looking for, this may not be the place for you.

This was our second choice and we thought our loved one would be here but there was just another community that worked out better for what my loved one needed.

I would definitely recommend them unconditionally. A few little things - I feel like the parking is a little tight for visitors. And I'm a little bit underwhelmed with their cleaning services. Also, they don't have a work order system for us to input work orders. I have to do that all through the front desk, so I'm never sure if those work orders are closed out. I wish they had a portal for us that would be more efficient. But the front desk reception staff is amazingly kind and welcoming. My mom loves the food. They offer a variety of good activities. As far as the cost, I feel like you get what you pay for.

Communication is something that could be improved on. If I reach out I do not always get an immediate response and I have to follow up a lot of the times. However I do feel like my loved one is in very good care and there are many positives about Atria Stamford.

I would recommend this community for your loved one. They have a lot of activities and there is always something going on for the residents. We sometimes have to talk to the staff to make sure that things are on the right page. [name removed] is an executive administrator and she is very resourceful and excellent with us.

It a larger community and it is nicer than some of the smaller communities, due to having more residents around. I would recommend the community to others. My loved one enjoys the variety of activities such as outings and exercise classes.

We've had a good experience. They're very open and flexible. We can visit our loved one every day. We were able to move him from one area of care to another. They've catered to all of our questions and concerns. They're able to do a better job caring for our loved one than my mom was able to do by herself. He eats the food and seems to enjoy it. The activities are great. This type of living is expensive, but I think they're pretty reasonable on the cost. And all along the way, they've been super patient and flexible with us.

Atria was one of our top runners. It looks like an older facility from the outside, but when you walk in it is all re-done and beautiful. The staff members were very accommodating with trying to find a room that would work for him and his needs. After interacting with the residents here we could see him fitting in well. The only reason we did not choose them was because they did not offer diabetic care.
