Atria

We used Atria Bethlehem for a brief respite stay for my loved one, and overall I thought they did a great job! They make you feel very confident that your loved one will be well cared for, and is in good hands. My loved one was very hesitant to go to any sort of senior community, but by the time she came out she absolutely loved it!

We toured and actually selected this community for my loved one, but unfortunately he passed before he was able to move in. It was a wonderful looking place though, and definitely worth a look for other families looking into options! The staff and the residents were all very friendly, and the facility itself was clean and well kept. They also appeared to have a good variety of activities to keep the residents engaged and entertained!

Every place should be like this. It's like living on a five star luxury resort. Beautiful place and everything they do, just incredible. Wonderful, great and beautiful place. I would recommend it to anyone who wants the best. Nothing to complaint about at all. It's that wonderful and gorgeous. I love it here.

Atria El Camino Gardens was chosen because all of the residents we spoke to raved about the place, and how they wish they had gone there sooner. The staff was friendly, and it was clean, and offered nice amenities, but to hear that from EVERY SINGLE RESIDENT we spoke to was great.

This is a lovely place. Warm, friendly, caring. I'm looking forward to living here.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. This was a very nice looking community! The facility itself was beautiful, and the staff we met were all very friendly and professional! Unfortunately this was outside of the price range that we were looking in, but they are definitely worth a look!

Atria Riverdale was very impressive. The location is beautiful. It has everything one would want for their loved one facing memory impairment.

Moved my Mom there a year ago. Much better value than her previous facility in Folsom but the caregivers are not as warm and friendly. Not unfriendly but don't make her feel special. The food is great with long diningroom hours and lots of choices. This is a very important part of most residents' lives and was a major issue at the previous facility. There are so many activities, social groups, classes, etc. I want to live there :-). Recommended Atria to my father-in-law as well and he loved it there for the few months remaining to him. I would recommend this place to anyone. However, keep a sharp eye on the finances. When my Mom was ill last year, they started jacking up the rates without explanation. When I called them on it, they agreed the increases were inappropriate and brought them back down. They also claim to be ignorant of Long-term care insurance policies and procedures and take no responsibility for messing up on claim forms. This is the one area you will really have to watch.

We loved it. Very friendly and socially oriented.

It’s just an excellent community all the way around. The food is excellent. There is enough parking. They have enough activities. The care services meet our needs. We are satisfied with the cost per benefit. They’re a good community.

I really liked this Atria! They don't take people with the tendency to wander here. It's a security issue. We really wanted to be here, but ended up at a different Atria, which is going really well also.

We have been there for about five or six weeks and she seems content. The staff is fine, they are there all the time. They keep a good eye on her. It's kept really clean. The food seems to be okay. The facility is in an area, where there isn't a lot of traffic. I think they do enough with the activities, she dances and sings. It's going pretty well so far.

I have been very impressed with the staff at Atria Willow Bend they all have been so helpful and kind to my parents. They have bent over backwards to make my parents transition from their home to independent living as easy as possible. The facility is so much more than I could have imagined. They truly want make their stay pleasant and enjoyable. We are all blessed to have found Atria Willow Bend.

Very clean, smelled good. Looks like a hotel. Wes Gates was knowledgeable and very helpful. We will probably go with this facility.

My Mother lived at Atria for over three years and loved it. They always had activities both inside and outside of the facility for residents and their family. She had a lovely room that was cleaned regularly by staff and was watched over well to make sure that she was eating, taking her medication and basically had her well being always in their hands. If anything seemed out of sorts they would call just to let me know or to make sure that she was seen by her Doctor. They also have doctors that visit regularly and monthly meetings where families can discuss with management any issues. Their care staff was always attentive and informative. The dining area offered wonderful meals and had an inviting atmosphere with a fireplace and outside dining in the summer. I found them reasonably priced.

They have gone out of their way, and bent over backwards to take care of her medical needs. I have yet to see a television on in the memory care unit. I see them on in the assisted living side, I would think that it would be nice to have some down time, to just sit and watch T.V. My only other complaint is that I have to supply the depends, which is fine, but I have to bring them. It would be nice if they had them there and I could just be charged for them, I live far away, and if she runs out that's quite a drive. The food is pretty good here. Overall I am pretty happy with the Atria. They are clean and friendly, with good care.

Very nice place beautiful surroundings and awesome atmosphere. This is completely private pay and is out of range of what we can afford.

I have been happy with Atria since my first visit for a tour. Every person has been kind and friendly. It is evident, through my mom's behavior and my lack of stress, that Atria thrives to assist and accomodate their residents. My mom is very happy in her new community.

I have lived at Hertlin Place for 14 months and am very pleased with my choice. The staff is very caring and work hard to make our home a pleasant place to live. The building is light, bright and cheerful, and the facilities are continually being maintained and up graded on a scheduled basis. The staff is constantly working to keep the facilities clean and pleasant .The staff acknowledges holidays , both religous and secular, with parties, special dinners and entertainment. The days and weeks fly by and I am comfortable and happy here.

I am very happy with them. The staff is friendly, they keep it clean. They have plenty of activities, the care services are great. I really don't have anything I would like to see done better or done.
