I toured here as I was looking for options. I thought that the community was very friendly, and bright. They get high ratings from me.

Nancy Hayes was amazing and so compassionate.

We are so pleased with all of the entertainment and activities that goes on for the residents. We loved the people that work with our mother at the facility. Everyone is so friendly and kind to her and the family. We have only one concern. The concern is that there seems to be a lot of theft. While visiting my mother money was taken from my purse. We also discovered that someone had taken all of her money from her purse while we were out taking a walk. Other residents were talking in a group about all the thrift and the fact that it is getting worse. Greatly disappointing !

They are adequately staffed to take care of the residents, and for the cost it was very good value.The food is excellent and there is always a choice of entrees or simply sandwiches if you prefer. Plenty of activities from movies to Bingo to jigsaw puzzles.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. Atria Westchase seemed like a nice place overall! The people here were very very friendly! They made us feel very welcome, and they have kept in touch with us even after the tour to see how we are doing.

Beautiful setting and very friendly atmosphere.

Mom liked this the most. She felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. The apartments were all recently remodeled, with balconies to have an 'outside room'. The movie theater was nice. More like a real theater. The deck along the back of the building - creek side was lovely. The prices vary based on side of the building (creek versus parking lot), the size of the balcony and the distance from the elevator. All-in-all, it was very comfortable.

I love it here. The residents are friendly and welcoming. The staff are quick to learn your name and greet everyone with smiles and great attitudes. I felt at home right away. The food is excellent and there is always a choice of entrees or simply sandwiches if you prefer. Plenty of activities from movies to Bingo to jigsaw puzzles. A beautiful park to walk around in with an area to cook out with friends or family. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable. They are pet friendly and have a special fenced park to let your dogs roam unleashed. I am living a luxurious life and being spoiled by the wonderful people here.

The staff really gets to know the individual level and very caring in all aspects of patients lives. They are understaffed seems to be the only thing needs to be improved.

Dads room needs bathroom needs plumbing work. I would recommend this facility the care was very good and dad was taken care of.

My mom is just so happy there at Atria Campana Del Rio. I can't believe the difference in her. My dad passed away a year ago and my mom was understandably very sad for a long time. It has been amazing to watch the turn-around and see how happy she is now. She likes all the food there. She says it's the best. She loves the activities as well. The place is very friendly and family oriented. The staff is very personable. It has just been awesome all the way around. I highly recommend Atria Campana Del Rio!

From the minute I spoke with Renee over the phone I got the sense that they really do care about everyone that lives there; it’s a very loving, honest and good natured atmosphere. The community is always clean and happy; everyone that lives there are in good spirits and friendly and welcoming. When I took my first tour, everyone I met was smiling, laughing and conversing with each other. They always have fresh baked cookies at the front door so it feels homey (and they are delicious!) My mom lived alone for 27 years and had a small, concentrated group of friends so I was concerned that she would feel out of her element or like an outsider…just the opposite is true; within 2 days I called to see how she was doing and she was running out the door to meet her friends for lunch together! Everyone that lives there let her settle for a few days and then embraced her with open arms and she has never looked back. The front entrance is like a living room and every time I’ve been for a visit (which is quite often) there are friends visiting over coffee and the paper just relaxing and enjoying their company. If you are thinking about having a loved one at Vintage Newport, think no more, you will finally be able to sleep sound at night knowing that they are safe, loved and well cared for every minute of the day. Nancy, the onsite nurse always has a million things going making sure everyone is nurtured but always has time for anything you may need, she knows everyone’s name and always has a smile on her face, she wants everyone to thrive. I can’t say enough good things to paint an accurate picture of Vintage Newport but I can say how truly grateful I am that I found them. Everyone that works there is very loving, truly sweet and they care for everyone as if they are their favorite grandma or grandpa…it’s a feeling that is good for the soul.

This facility is exceptional. The support staff and associated departments are above any standard I've ever experienced. The environment and attention to resident experience are thoughtful and genuine. Food is great, we often have meals with our mom and enjoy it thoroughly. My family is extremely comfortable knowing our Mom is a resident at Atria Briarcliff Manor.

My dad there very happy, likes food . He was supposed to be getting some lose dose aspirin but had to have a prescription for it and wasn't informed, but all together it is a very good place

Beautiful community! I loved the historic architecture and furnishings of the common areas. Both of the living units I saw were lovely and one was more spacious than my own apartment! The costs were very reasonable. Although I did not stay to eat, the menu was extensive and had some great selections. They also offer a huge range of daily activities, more than enough to keep you busy. All of the staff I met, including Rebeka (the sales director) and Kayley (I think that is her name?) who works at the front desk were all extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Above all, every resident I came across seemed genuinely happy to be there, and that says a lot to me. I know the only reason my mom did not choose this place is because she prefers a facility that offers both independent and assisted living. However, if you are looking for a strictly independent living community, I would definitely recommend checking out Bell Court Gardens.

They are very very informative and I really felt they care about the person coming into the facility and very responsive to emergency's. Mary the intake director is just amazing. The food is fantastic. Mother in-law of daughter wasn"t able to take her furniture and put it into her room, but they gave us everything we needed to make her feel comfortable.

They are very welcoming and loved the fact they have an ambassador. One of the main things we chose this facility my dad has a little dog and they have a dog area that is off leash. One issue is that they don't serve breakfast meats everyday and my dad has to walk to the buffet table to get cream or condiments and he has trouble walking.

Moved my mother into the facility after my father passed and isn't used to being alone. She has been there a month and loves it, celebrated St Patrick's Day at the beach with the facility staff. The gym and instructor are awesome. Meals are fresh and tastes good offer specials and variety.
