My mother's transition at Atria Del Sol is going well as she just lost my sister, My mom is in an independent apt which is nice and very clean. It has a beautiful landscape and she has a sliding glass door that opens on to her patio which is facing a beautiful golf course. Something that my mother loves. All the staff there very friendly they make sure my mother knows about the activities and they make sure they invite her to join-in as well. My mother does both cook for herself and goes to the dining room for her meals. She did mention to the staff that she really didn't care for the menu and the chef actually came to her apt and ask her what she would like to see changed and what her favorite meal would be and then he fixed that for her. The chef also invited her to a Private dinner party in the Private dining room which she is really looking forward to attending. They do try to accommodate the residents as much as possible and do listen to their concerns. They offer transportation to outside activities like shopping, grocery stores, and doctor appointments as well. I would definitely recommend Atria Del Sol to my friends and neighbors as it is a beautiful place.

The staff take good care of mom. They are friendly and helpful. The salesperson was nice and knowledgable. We have no complaints about the food or the activities offered. The community is taken care of and they have a nice area outside for the residents to walk around. I would recommend this community.

I have no complaints about how things are going for myself since I have made the move into this community. The staff are absolutely outstanding and have been very attentive to my needs in my new living environment. I am most impressed with the meals they serve us throughout the week. The chef does an awesome job and there is always quality and variety in his work. Overall this is the perfect fit for me and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone.

The management was exceptional and the staff care was very good. The dining experience for my loved one was also impressive. The executive director and his staff were very professional and kind; the experience had just been outstanding! They had even let my loved one stay on a trial basis before committing to her stay!

They were professional and they gave a tour that was great. I wanted a new community and a location that is very close to me. They were not newer or closer.

I like this community. The staff is nice and caring. The community is clean and maintained. I would like if the meals could be accommodated for special needs, they need to assist the residents on what they are not able to have in there meals due to health issues. They always offer nice activates for the residents. I would recommend others to this community for the good environment value and a good place to live.

My 90-year old mother-in-law moved into Atria Palm Desert directly upon discharge from the hospital where she had undergone surgery for cancer. The facility is beautiful - very clean, attractive decor, fresh flowers in the lobby, lots of light, pools and lush landscaping, and interior public spaces that encourage residents to sit and visit. The apartments are large and all have a sliding glass door onto a private patio so they have great light. Each also has a full sized refrigerator and microwave, which is handy. The staff is super - kind, engaging and skilled. They genuinely care about the residents and know them all by name. Atria also allows residents to engage additional private caregivers if they are desired. The dining room is well appointed and is open all day, 7am-7pm. Food is good and residents can order from a menu that includes daily specials or always available favorites. Family and guests are able to dine as well at reasonable rates - $7 for breakfast and $11 for lunch and dinner. Special menus and decor for holidays like Mother's Day and Father's Day. Finally - Atria offers a daily slate of activities, including transportation to shopping and outings. This has been the perfect choice for us. Mom has the privacy of an individual apartment and easy access to companionship and entertainment when she wants to be social.

My mom is happy at this community. The staff is outstanding and very caring to her needs. We like that the community is always clean with a good environment for her. I like knowing that she likes the meals and the variety. She is trying to participate in the activities with the other residents. We would recommend this community for the care and the value for other families.

My mother-in-law is really happy and making friends. I see that she is enjoying the community and she loves it. The staff are making her feel very comfortable. She is eating good meals and enjoying the activities. There is a lot of light and they have it set up so well. The community is nice and clean. It looks newer and fresher with furniture that is tastefully done. The prices were very low at the time. I totally appreciate A Place For Mom's help. I thought it was great and the Advisor did great with her research.

I am very happy with the care that my mom is getting here. The community is clean and they have a nice atmosphere. The menu is appealing, They offer her a lot of nice activities. I like knowing that she is comfortable here and making friends helps. This community is a good size. We recommend this community to other families.

We like this community that we moved into. The staff treats you very well. This is an outstanding community to live in. The community offers excellent meals with left over. They deliver meals to your door if you ill. If you need extra help on anything. We like a lot of the great activities and made friends. We have great security and an alarm if away from my home. We would recommend this excellent community to others wanting a great place for care and value.

We liked a lot of nice activities that were available for us to participate. We would recommend this community to other families that are looking for a good community for a loved one.

The pricing was a bit more than we anticipated. The tour was very good for our experience.

like my new home and I know that this is a safe place for me to reside. The staff is always helpful when needed. The community is clean and I like the variety of the meals that are offered to me. I like the activities that I am involved with.I would recommend this community to others needing a nice place to live.

Very nice facility although kitchens are a little dated. [Removed] gave us a good tour. Staff and residents seemed friendly.

Though my mother is having significant issues, as far as her health, the staff and doctors have been wonderful in doing what they can to help her in this difficult time. They are very cooperative and seek to do what they can to help!

The tour guide at Atria Valley View was very informative and friendly. She referred me to Atria Walnut Creek actually, because they have younger more active residents which are what worked beast for my mother. It was a good experience to tour.

My mother is doing great overall, the atmosphere is very positive and the employees are outstanding. The meals are good, they have great choices, my mother has gained weight which is a good thing. Mom still has not been on any outings yet, but she has made friends during meal time and it has been a good experience for her.
