I am so thrilled that a Place for Mom found this community, it's wonderful! the staff are marvelous. we're in a safe area of town and everything you need is in close proximity - from Walgreens to restaurants. my health has improved, I'm not alone. I'm no longer missing meals and I'm no longer feeling down. I feel comfortable and safe here.

The Atria Bell community is just beautiful, it was an old mansion that has been converted so its beautiful. Now with that being said sometimes it is difficult to navigate through and can be confusing, but based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families out there.

I would recommend the community for your parents or loved ones. There is a lot to offer as a community feel and has a nice apartment complex feel. Aerobics, gym area, and more are available activities for the residents to choose from.

I really liked the person who first interviewed with us. She was good at giving us contact information for our various questions, including financial. She was very thorough and open to phone calls. The staff all go out of their way to say hello. And that's mirrored in the people who live there. They're all very friendly. They make a point of saying hello to newcomers and were very friendly to my loved one. Our one area of concern is the food. They're not giving fruits and vegetables at all, even with the evening meal. They might be concerned about waste, but I think it's very important that older people have their fruits and vegetables. She's been very happy with the activities. They always seem to have something going on, which is great. I like that it gets them out and talking to other people. She really likes the exercise classes. She's doing really great since she's been there. I've seen a lot of improvement in her. I would love to see them be able to get out locally as a group eventually. The cost is high, but theirs is lower than other places. I feel its an excellent value, and definitely well worth every penny she's paying.

They have a nice friendly community for my loved one. My mom loves the food and tells me this everyday. There is a good size room and nice landscaping. They have activities like arts and crafts, they also go out on trips to do things that the residents need. Kids also come and play music and they have dancing, there is always something for the residents to do here.

Our family had an in person tour and the Atria Canyon Creek is a very nice community this was absolutely a top contender for us.

It seems pretty good. My loved one really liked it to begin with, and then said they must have gotten a new cook because the food wasn't as good as it used to be. But he likes it there overall. The people are friendly. And it's a safe place. He seems pretty happy there other than the food. From my perspective, I really like dealing with the staff. If there's a problem, they call and let me know, which I really appreciate.

We had a really good tour with Atria Rocklin but they did not have the ability to use hoyer lifts for their residents. Atria pointed us in the right director of a facility that could provide that for us.

Atria is a very nice facility and was our second choice. Price was the deciding factor and another facility decided they would come down on the price. But overall Atria is a great place and the value for what they offer is good.

Rancho Mirage Terrace is in a lovely location and it is beautiful. The pictures online do not do it justice. My moms studio apartment is about 650 square feet. It is the cheapest one available but the floors are laminate, the walls are all painted, and she has a kitchenette separated by a wall. Her bathroom is HUGE. Everything worked out very well and the transition was very smooth, they really helped us out and made things easy. The staff have been extremely accommodating. They provide transportation for the residents and can take them anywhere within 8 miles on Monday through Thursday and they also take them on outings once a week as well. They provide tons of activities, my mom loves to go play blackjacks with her friends. They are a very pet friendly facility. You are able to have the meals delivered to your room if you would like but it is a [fee removed]. They have a dining area set up that you can rent out and have your family come and eat with you. For the price and what you get, it is unbelievable. Anybody who is on a budget, this is the place for you. I am so thankful for them for keeping mom safe, it really gives me peace of mind. I would tell others that you do have to be vaccinated to live here.

The staff are very friendly and helpful at this community. My loved one thinks that the food is excellent. The activities are okay at this time they get some local people to get in to do entertainment. The level of the entertainment sometimes can be medium. I just think they should add more activities for the residents.

I liked this community but the rooms were smaller than what we were looking for for my loved one wanted more space. The people were friendly just not what we were looking for for my loved one.

The friendliness of the staff really stood out to our family, they were extremely helpful with our loved ones transition. We would definitely recommend this community to other families.

The activities are still pretty limited because of the covid restriction's, but the value for cost is good and we would recommend the Atria Park to other families.

I highly recommend Atria Park of Tucker! This community was there for me and my loved one when an immediate need arose. From the initial phone interview to visiting the facility and meeting the professional staff, who all have many years of experience, they helped to make an extremely stressful situation flow smoothly. They were most accommodating and we were able to secure a place in only a few days. The staff there saved his life. We will forever be grateful!

This is one of the best communities I have every dealt with. The staff are very engaging, helpful, and friendly. One of my loved one's caregivers stopped by to check on my loved one in the hospital. The staff truly care about the residents.

I chose Atria Chandler Villas mostly because of the location. The apartment sizes here are excellent and the grounds are very beautiful. Residents all look happy with doing the activities. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

We chose Atria Chandler Villas because I took my mom and she absolutely fell in love. We went for a visit and she signed that same day. She is extremely happy here and everything has worked out great. They have had some turnover and I think that why the food has gone downhill a little bit. She fit in immediately and loves everything about the place. I would recommend to others looking.
